Sophie was an excellent tour guide! She was knowledgeable (so many interesting stories!), friendly, and great at keeping us on schedule. We were lucky enough to get some sunshine on our trip, though we also of course experienced some of the classic misty rain and wind. My friend and I had lots of fun during our 3 days on the trip.

The trip overall was incredible. The sights were beautiful. We found the accommodations very comfortable. Portree has good restaurants but get busy quickly. Sophie was lovely and great guide. Very knowledgeable and had many stories to share. We felt that she was a little soft in leading the tour. She needs to be forceful on rules of travel as I found our group to be disrespectful with stops, returning on average 15 to 30 minutes late. This made the experience for very long days.

Absolutely fantastic, the landscape is stunning and there is so much beauty, sun or rain. There were plenty of stops and the coach is comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. They were busy days with lots of excitement. Our tour guide Sophie was outstanding, a wonderful human being, warm, knowledgeable and always up for a chat. She suggested a walk I could do and it was the highlight of the trip for me. I loved all the stories and history, and there was never a moment I was bored. Would also recommend staying in the hostel, it's comfortable and you really get to know the people on the coach with you.

We had the pleasure of spending three days with Charlie as we explored the beautiful Scottish countryside. I never realized all the talents that go into an exceptional tour guide, which Charlie certainly is: excellent story teller, superb driver (the roads are winding and narrow!), cheerful, funny, good taste in music, and genuinely a nice, nice person!! From the moment we stepped on the bus, Charlie was so welcoming, always making a personal connection with each of us. The scenery was breathtaking, and we left with many wonderful memories. However, I can’t imagine making this trip with anyone other than Charlie, as she made it so magical. Definitely recommend!

Loved the energy that our driver/tour guide brought (Alistair for the win). He had great music playing, made a playlist with our song suggestions and even gave us a little Scottish treat on the last day. Would definitely recommend a tour with him! Above and beyond the typical tour guide experience! 🏴🥰
