After an early breakfast, head out for a full day of game drives taking us in search of Africa's Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. The Mara offers fantastic orange tinged sunsets well-worth capturing on camera. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest, elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot, but reasonably common. The ultimate action here is without doubt the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration, in July through October when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of greener grass. A stop by Mara River will be made to enable you get to see hippos and crocodiles. During Wildebeest Migration, you will spend most of the time watching the wildebeests and zebras cross the Mara River where crocodiles lay in wait to make a kill. I went on a safari with my wife and a friend, and we absolutely loved it. We were fortunate to see all of the Big Five and many other amazing animals, all set against the backdrop of stunning landscapes. The hotels we stayed at were excellent and very comfortable, making the experience even better. Our guide/driver was outstanding. He was always on the lookout for animals and found the best angles for us to admire them and take photos. This was my second safari, and I loved both experiences equally. I highly recommend this tour and the company for anyone looking for a top-notch safari adventure.

This was our first safari in Africa, so we had nothing to compare it to — but for us, it was an excellent experience! We visited three national parks as outlined in our tour program: Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. In Masai Mara, we also visited the Mara River and saw hippos and crocodiles in the water. African Sermon Safaris arranged accommodation in three different styles — a tented camp, a European-style hotel, and an African lodge — which made the journey even more interesting. We also took a short trip on Lake Naivasha for an additional fee, which was absolutely worth it. We saw so many animals: lions, zebras, antelopes, buffalos, rhinos, and many more. We were thrilled to see the entire African Big Five! One of our favorite moments was watching the amazing hippos eating grass right before our eyes. Overall, it was an excellent safari experience!

Quick and informative response. Friendly conversation and openness to nonstandard requests. Professional and helpful staff. All the best experience. We had a 3 day safari and a 5 day mount Kenya trekking, both totally awesome.

Amazing experience. We got to see pretty much all the animals apart from rhinos. Their habitat is mainly around the lake Nagu which would have been included in the 4 day safari trip. Looking back we should have done the four day one but all in all was great. The jeep was safe, spacious and comfortable. We got to take our luggage with us as opposed to leave it in a safe locker in Nairobi. We were lucky to have a likeminded group of people on tour with us which made our experience more enjoyable and fun. We made friends and remained in contact. I think this is suitable for solo travellers as well. Our driver Ali was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew all the spots where the animals were and also accommodated all our needs. He was the most popular guy in there, chatting to everyone everywhere we went. The lodges we stayed were well nice. We stayed at Jambo Mara safari lodges. Highly recommend them. There are a bit pricier compared to the rest but trust you need it. We had a very beautiful lodge with real walls, balcony, security at the door, bar, swimming pool, game room and all the facilities you could think of. Other people on tour were saying they didn’t have hot water or electricity in those tents/ glamping kind of lodges so I would recommend paying a lil extra for comfort. Especially after a long dusty drive during the day you need to be able to wash and relax. The tour was very well organised and the communication was great. Daniel was replying to all my emails very promptly and was able to advise with any queries I had which was very reassuring. Overall I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend this tour. Perhaps go for the 4 day one because the 3 day one is basically one and a half day in the safari given the fact that the drive between places is long. Definitely a five star rating from me.

It’s not easy to express how much we truly enjoyed the 5 day trip to the Masai Mara with stops for game drives at Lakes Nakuru and Naivasha .We are grateful to let everyone know what a wonderful experience we had and thanks to Daniel for all the efforts he had to put into making a tailor made experience for us. The wildlife in Kenya is mind blowing .There were animals everywhere from Lions, cheetahs, elephants , giraffes ,zebras, small populations of wildebeests ,Huge buffalos, every type of gazelle imaginable and birds of every size, color and every shape possible - we even managed to see the elusive Leopard which is a member of the big five and all this in their natural habitats. The wildlife in Kenya has very little or no human interaction unlike others in Africa and they are as wild as they can get..The lodges were exactly as shown and the food was amazing! Everything here was so different from what we had ever seen and experienced before on other safaris .This was exactly what we were looking for when we started planning our Safari one year ago. We were not disappointed. Overall African Sermon Safaris is a great company to work with!

African Sermon Safaris was a wonderful way to see and experience Kenya and Diani Beach. We were able to customize our travel, allowing us time to visit with friends and family, and it did not compromise anything. We appreciated being transported from airports and hotels on time, and only no time did we miss the connection. The tours were delightful and informative. The hotels, were outstanding, especially the Mara Serena Lodge in Masai Mara.We loved the trip to Lake Naivasha and walking on Crescent Island, the boat ride, and also the Wasini Island day trip on the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park where we were able to do exceptional activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, dhow Sailing etc. The scenery is breathtaking. The Leopard Beach Resort was outstanding, great service, and helped us greatly when we needed help. The food there was also excellent. The safari tours of the Masai Mara were remarkable with the Mara being quite exotic and beautiful. The hotels here are great and they treat guests with great respect. The amenities there are quite plentiful also. Mombasa City is quite historic and beautiful, and also central to anything in town.Everything was absolutely perfect and went smoothly and Steve our guide was just amazing and made our entire trip memorable. He was attentive to our every need and was wonderful at giving us the history of the places we visited, he is a real gem. This wonderful guide and made us laugh every day.All in all our trip was a once in a lifetime experience, because of the exceptional planning we got Daniel at African Sermon Safaris. We would recommend them to anyone considering a trip to Kenya
