This was one of the scariest experiences I have been through, it was a traumatizing experience to say the least. On the way back from Petra to Tel Aviv and crossing the border. We had to go through the security to enter Israel and going through the process I had to wait 30 minutes at the immigration office, after 30 minutes I left the immigration office to find the tour bus already left, at that point I started shaking as it was 7:30pm and started getting darker outside, Also the people that were hanging by the borders looked very unsafe to be around. My friend was on the bus and called me and told me the bus driver refused to wait for me and everyone on the bus was complaining about this reckless behavior but he didn't care at all. I was stranded alone in the border as a female traveler and I had to go through hassle to take a shared taxi with strangers because that what I was able to find to get to Jerusalem and then take another taxi to get to Tel Aviv. I am still recovering from this trip as it was not worthed it the money for the stress you go through. I will not use this company ever again and don't recommend it to people who care about their safety.

The tour was fun, and our Jordanian tour guide Matty was really good. He gave us very detailed infos and answered all kinds of questions that we asked. He brought treats for us on the bus for the long ride. He made our trip enjoyable, disbit the 4hrs+ drive, and stressful border crossing.

Our guide Mahdi and driver Ibrahim were amazing! Everything was well organized with clear communication. We got caught in a rain storm that blocked the road, Mahdi kept us informed and Ibrahim navigated us safely across. The camp we stayed at was really nice, very welcoming staff the campfire and shisha was a lot of fun, the tea was delicious! The boarder took a bit but it was explained to us what was needed and easy to get across, no one in our group had any issues. I absolutely loved it this tour, the people, the food and of course the sites were truly wonderful. If you're debating on going..GO!

Great tour guide Ali, gave us tons of great information and facts during our trip. Tour was very organized with no delays throughout. Accommodations were good and clean even for the basic tents, campsite was very cute and cozy. I’m glad I chose the 3 day tour instead of 2 because it gave me enough time to settle in Jordan and see more, 2 days would have been way too rushed. it was worth it all around!

Well but not very well... Petra is a show and it does not rain, the tour was decent cmq apart from the return to the border but that you know... the problem is quite important is that we bought a tour but we received another so we did not buy what we wanted. in essence, the destinations of the tour have been changed unlike what was reported in detail in the description at the time of booking. Specifically on this tour on the first day were indicated the cities of Amman and Jerash (of another value) instead were not made, in their place was made the mount nebo not of our interest, more street and cheaper for them, so more gain. So we paid for a day that we hadn't purchased also we lost 2 cities that we wanted to see and in which it is impossible for us to return at the moment. The remaining 2 days have been more or less respected but here too there is something to underline. when it comes to expensive tours some useful information should be specified before and the itinerary detail should always be updated. We always choose viator just to not have such problems but this time it was not quite so. Obviously most of the blame goes to abraham tour that organizes this tour and then in case of questions or doubts has no one informed to the pre-tour Welcoming. Based on the reports they should refund at least one day of this 3 day tour to be correct but I highly doubt they will. The advice to those who buy is to make sure what you buy if you care what you want to see, while the advice to the tour operator is to Update the descriptions and not to think only about profiting from wonders like Petra. Ah a star is earned thanks to the driver Giordano who drove the bus, fantastic person, helpful and experienced driver, an important guarantee on this trip.

The views were amazing. We loved Petra and Wabi Rum but also the other side's that we have seen on our way. It was a bit annoying on Israelian border- it's a bit disorganised and very , very slow. But once we entried Jordan the most amazing trip began. We had such a great time and the big thanks belongs to our guide Abdullah. He is very knowledgeable, funny and always there to help. If you go on trip with him, you will have the best time ❤️

This is one of the very best tours we have ever had the good fortune to participate in. The organization was perfect, the cultural and natural sights were breath-taking, the guide Mahdi Hanini was absolute wonderful (honest, funny, precise, knowledgeable), the bus driver Ismeel was calm and expert (the bus had problems on the return but we got back to the border safely and only with a slight delay). All the places we visited had cordial staff, comfortable accommodations, and good food.

We had a great time on the 3 day tour to Petra and Wadi Rum. Our tour guide, Abdullah, was great. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We were well taken care of. Things to note if you are considering this tour. Bring only necessary baggage. We left the bulk of our luggage at a hotel and just brought some backpacks. Bringing full luggage will slow you down a lot when coming back into Israel at the end of your tour. Others on the tour had a much longer process due to security checking baggage. Return through the border crossing is CHAOS! Make it easier on yourself by minimizing the amount of bags. Also, in Petra, the 3 day tour gives you several hours of free exploration. You are only there once, do the big climbs. Our group ranged in age from 55 to 67. We were slower than younger groups but did the Treasury overlook hike. It was well worth the effort and time. When done, the walk out of Petra was hell lol. On the way in, we didn't realize how much we were descending. That means, the whole way out was uphill. After that big climb, we were exhausted. If you are feeling tired, take a horse or electric car to get out. BUT, don't let getting tired keep you from doing it. It's a once in a lifetime experience. One disappointment is the camp that we stayed in. The place itself was fine. It was in an interesting location and a pretty cool place. However, we were really hoping to see a lot of stars while sleeping out in the desert. This did not happen. There were too many lights to see any real stars. There is a hill at the camp that they light up at night. It looks cool but you don't get to see a lot of stars.
