An independent three -day tour package departing Wellington daily to Auckland including two nights 4 / 4.5 star accommodation in Rotorua and guided tours of Whakarewarewa the Living Māori Village including a Māori Cultural Performance and a guided tour of the glowworm caves at Waitomo. In addition you will have free time in Rotorua to explore the township nestled on the shores of Lake Rotorua and / or partake in one or more of the numerous attractions and activities on offer.

Kapiti Coast
Departing Wellington this morning by coach you will travel North to Rotorua, initially via the Kapiti Coast
Tongariro National Park
Your travel today will take you through the Central Plateau and parts of the Tongariro National Park with volcanic peaks that are snow capped for much of the year.
Taupo
The coach then proceeds to the township of Taupo in the central North Island located on the shores of a Lake Taupo. Here there will be a brief comfort and refreshment stop.
Rotorua
Your travel today concludes in the township of Rotorua famous for the geothermal activity located throughout the area

You have a full day today in Rotorua to explore this geothermal wonderland. This morning you will be collected from your accommodation and transferred to Whakarewarewa and the living Maroi Village for a guided tour and Māori Cultural Performance

Following your experience at Whakarewarea you will be transferred back to your Rotorua Hotel and the remainder of the day and evening is at lesiure
Rotorua - Waitomo Caves - Auckland
Waitomo Caves
Departing Rotorua you will travel by road to Waitomo where a guided tour of the glow worm caves has been arranged for your pleasure. Admission and guided tour are included in the tour cost.
Auckland Central
On departing Waitomo you will continue by road to Auckland where your tour will conclude
