This isn't just a tasting; it's a backstage pass to the soul of Kefalonian viticulture. While many enjoy the island’s wine, few understand the journey it takes from the rugged slopes of the Robola Zone to our cellar.
What makes this experience truly unique is the breadth of the discovery. You will go behind the scenes of our production to see our craft firsthand before sitting down to a masterclass of 7 distinct labels. This includes our rarest 'insider' bottles: the Old Vines Robola, our small-batch oak-aged Vostilidi, and our skin-contact Orange wine—varieties and styles you simply won't find in a typical wine shop.
We believe wine is a conversation, so we pair these rare pours with local cheeses, our estate-grown extra virgin olive oil and freshly baked sourdough bread. It is the most comprehensive, educational, and delicious immersion into the flavors of Kefalonia available today.

Experience the journey of Kefalonian wine at our boutique winery, perched just above the turquoise waters of Avithos Beach. This experience offers a deep dive into the island’s winemaking heritage, focusing on the high-altitude grapes that travel from the rugged mountain slopes to our coastal cellar. Your visit begins with an introduction to the unique terroir of Mt. Ainos. While our vines thrive in the high-altitude, limestone soils of the Omala and Fagias Valley, you will learn how that mountain environment shapes the crisp, mineral identity of the Robola grape. We will share the story of the harvest and the careful transport of the fruit to our seaside location. Inside the winery, we take you through the production process. You’ll explore our fermentation area, discovering how we harness the purity of the fruit using contemporary techniques and a minimalist philosophy. The experience culminates in a tasting of seven signature labels. Relax in our tasting area as you are guided through the aromatic profiles and textures of our wines. To complete the experience, traditional local cheeses will be served, allowing you to savor the authentic flavors of Kefalonia.

Absolutely perfect! We arrived at 11am and were greeted by George who immediately sat us at a beautiful table in the shade with a stunning view. After some refreshing glasses of water we were taken on a fascinating tour of the winery (George is one of the winemakers so was very knowledgeable) and met all 3 resident cats which the family rescued as strays and gave them a home and love. We then sat back down to taste 6 different wines (they were all fabulous but we settled on 3 to bring home) with accompanying cheese, bread, olive oil etc - just perfect. Before we knew it it was 1pm!

Brief (about 2-hours) but excellent experience. Our Guide, George, provided a great history of the winery, a brief tour of the facility, a primer on the wine making process to include Greek traditions and laws pertaining to making Greek wines. We tasted whites, a rose, and a red wine all from the Sarris’s Kefalonian vineyards.
