Fantastic trip. African Beast handled everything perfectly. We upgraded to Jambo Safari Lodge which we really enjoyed. Our driver knew the game reserve in detail, and consistently got us seeing all types of game. In particular, he knew where the lions would be, we got amazing views, usually first! Finally, we chose an extra day and had a special ride back with our driver Patrick.

This was the experience of a lifetime. And there are many factors that contributed to this. First, the exceptional, prompt, professional and warm service before and during the trip by Mercy. No question and request left unanswered or unfulfilled. Even when we decided to make our one night stay a two night one, Mercy managed to rearrange and coordinate everything to satisfy this (quite difficult) request. Second, our driver and guide and spotter, Samuel, who took us on this trip. His driving was safe, his guiding was to the point and whenever necessary, without blabbing or overtalking or overbearing us. Moreover, he adapted to all our requests and tried to satisfy all our needs, from coffee and washroom stops, to stops for pictures, to details on the villages and the people we encountered on our way to the park. During the park visit (afternoons and early mornings) he managed to find and show to us in the safest and most suitable to us ways an amazing variety of animals and birds. He took us to picture-perfect spots where we had first line seat views of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, gazelles, hippopotamus, crocodiles, zebras, lions, cheetahs, buffalos, ostriches, hyenas, jackals, and wildebeest, as well as many different types of vultures. He knew the park very well, he continuously coordinated with other drivers, to get us to the perfect spots on time. Third, the migration experience. We were very lucky that migration of wildebeest and zebra had just begun and we were able to witness a unique spectacle. Third, the lodge we spent two nights, Ashnil proposed by Mercy, that added style and class and comfort in this amazing experience. Samuel brought us back to Nairobi, safe and full and happy with unforgettable memories, millions of pictures and our hearts and minds in peace and balance. I know that such experiences are very personal and, often, timing, luck and other parameters play an important role in evaluation. But professionalism, passion, dedication, customer care and flexibility played in our case a major part. We thank you all.
