All my questions and booking were dealt by Laban Kato in a very efficient & friendly manner. I was met at the airport by Hillary Kantungi who was my Tour Guide. I can’t fault his professionalism, kindness and the entire week went to plan. He shared his vast knowledge about his country - culture, history, flora and fauna. Ann Kalembe, Managing Director of the company called me on day 1 to check everything was ok and emailed me after to thank me for my business and to check that the trip had met my expectations. It had - and more! All accommodation & food was excellent. The Chimpanzee Habituation & Gorilla Trekking was something I will never forget. I also visited some local, home industries - coffee making, banana beer & gin making and basket weaving. These were all amazing with the chance to have a go myself and to talk to the people making the items. Shiva was our guide to these cultural experiences and her enthusiasm and knowledge was just amazing. The entire trip, from start to finish, was incredible and the Ugandan people were very warm and welcoming.
