Start your tour with a scenic transfer from Kigali to Musanze, once arrived, enjoy a canoeing experience in Mukungwa river near Volcanoes national park with scenic views of mountain volcanoes. From there visit the ellen DeGeneres campus by Dian Fossey to learn more about the conservation effort dedicated to mountain Gorillas and Dian Fossey’s history, setting the stage for your gorilla trekking activity the next day, before cheking in to your lodge, conclude with a visit at the Iby’iwacu culture village for an authentic culture experience.

Embark on your gorilla trekking experience in Volcanoes National Park. After a briefing at the park headquarters, you will be assigned to a gorilla family and led by experienced guides and trackers into the bamboo forests. Once found, you will spend a magical hour observing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Later trek back to base and transfer to your accommodation.

Day 3

Explore Twin lakes and Transfer to Kigali

Lake Burera and Lake Ruhondo

On this day, after breakfast and a smooth check-out process, explore the Twin lakes on a scenic boat tour, offering a tranquil experience as you enjoy breathtaking views of mountains and the beautiful nature surroundings. Later you will be transferred to Kigali, grab lunch on the way and once arrived your driver guide will drop you off at your accommodation in Kigali or at the Kigali international airport which marks the end of your tour with us.
