Chef Simone is enthusiastic, loves sharing the connection between Brazilian history and food and culture. Her kitchen is well suited to small groups. The moqueca recipe was delicious. Well worth an evening in Rio to experience Carioca hospitality.

My family and I had a wonderful cooking experience with Chef Simone and her assistant Kathleen. We prepared several side dishes, an appetizer and the national drink with Simone's guidance, and we helped Simone prepare the main dish. Chef Simone created a very welcoming atmosphere for a fun and engaging cooking experience. The food and drinks we prepared was absolutely delicious. I would totally recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Rio!
