Join us for a private pontoon cruise to Crab Island, one of Destin’s most famous attractions! This shallow, crystal clear sandbar is the perfect spot to float, play, relax, celebrate, and create long lasting memories with family & friends. We’ll take from 2 to 6 passengers, so you’ll have plenty of space to relax or have fun on our 22’ luxury pontoon boat, the Hopper. Captain Chuck will find the perfect spot to anchor (middle of the action or a little more chill — your choice, your vibe), so you can either kickback or party!
Destin Bay Hopper has EVERYTHING covered at no extra cost:
Floats, Bote Chairs, Lily Pad, Paddle Board, Basketball Hoop, Footballs, Frisbees, Water Blasters, Snorkel Masks, Crab Nets, Cooler/Ice, Water Bottles, & Bluetooth Speakers (for your playlist).
Just bring the essentials:
Drinks (BYOB, Food/Snacks, Towel & Sunscreen.
Our trips depart from the East Dock in Destin, making access to Crab Island easy & convenient.

5.00Captain Chuck and Julie were amazing!! It was rainy the day we set sail and they assured us it was gonna be a great trip and they were correct!! I know they watched the weather very closely and we are so thankful we booked with them. They made us feel right at home on their pontoon and had all the swim toys we could ask for (even use of their Bluetooth speaker)! Julie took so many pics and videos of our family playing in the water which was a great perk because obviously we aren’t shooting pics while we were enjoying our time in the water. Such a fun day! Also I have to say there are a lot of vendors you can choose from but we really did it right picking a smaller more intimate setting with Destin Bay Hopper because you get the best experience and service than with a large group/boat and let’s face it…,it’s a 3 hour trip make the most of it ! We don’t have to search next time we will REBOOK with THE HOPPER

They took such good care of us - had all the fun toys, floaties, water, plates/cutlery the posting indicates! Directions were super clear to get to the boat, and from start to finish had a great time.

5.00We had an amazing experience on The Hopper excursion to Crab Island. Chuck and Julie were outstanding hosts — both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. One of the best parts of the excursion was the small group size, which was limited to just six customers. It made the trip feel much more personal and relaxing compared to larger crowded tours. The three-hour length was also perfect for us — enough time to fully enjoy Crab Island without feeling too long. Julie was an excellent guide and went above and beyond by taking plenty of pictures of the group during the excursion and sending them to us afterward, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Destin, and we highly recommend The Hopper to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and personalized Crab Island experience!
