Our adventure gets you up close and personal with the Sonoran Desert on diverse terrain in our 4-seat UTVs. With elevation changes, smooth and rough terrain, our trails will give you the full experience as you take in the breathtaking mountain vista views. There are plenty of driving opportunities along the way! You will spend some time outside of the Tomcars with your guide, where you will enjoy the landscape and learn about the flora and fauna, history of the area, and some interactive demonstrations! Our adventure is 3 - 3.5 hours, versus the industry standard 2 hour tour. Rather than cruising by the environment, with us you will get an opportunity to EXPERIENCE the desert! We believe our guests prefer a longer tour, as you will get an chance to stop and take in the sights of the Sonoran Desert! Don’t feel rushed and miss what we love about our home!

5.00We called the morning of, despite not having any other people crazy enough to venture out in the desert when it’s 100 degrees, they still took us out! Derik was our guide and he was awesome. Highly recommend using Desert Wolf if you’re looking for a fun UTV experience!

5.00Noah was a great guide! The trails were a little rougher than I expected but the vehicles handled all the terrain great! I would recommend this tour to others who want to experience the desert and ATV experience!

5.00Amazing time on our desert tour with Noah! Weather was great. Stunning scenery. Noah made the experience unforgettable with his knowledge of the desert, wildlife, and surrounding area, kept things fun and engaging for me and my 2 girls as well. The TomCars were fun to drive....but watch out for your fingers!!. I recommend booking a desert tour with Noah to anyone looking for a memorable and wonderful experience. When we got back to base, there was a horse there named 'Biscuit' which my girls fell in love with and were able to get up close and give her some affection too.

5.00Deb and I are repeat customers. We took the 3-hour tour in September 2024. Part of the reason we came back to Scottsdale this year was to go into the desert again. We were not disappointed! Derik, our tour guide, was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The TomCar is a blast to drive--but both hands on the wheel, and pay attention! Although there is no guarantee of this, we did see two groups of donkeys and some cows. The only disappointment was the cactus were not in bloom. The day was sunny and warm, and it was all around a great experience. Well worth the money.

From start to finish, he made the experience unforgettable with his incredible knowledge of the desert, wildlife, and surrounding area, while keeping everything fun and engaging. He was so friendly, personable, and made us comfortable right away The views were absolutely stunning, and he took us to some incredible spots and saw some many animas. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and I would highly recommend booking a desert tour with Noah to anyone looking for a memorable and wonderful experience.

5.00Derik was an amazing tour guide who provided educational details of the Sonoran desert and all the inhabitants who call this area home. I especially appreciated his sense of humor while delivering his educational tidbits. The Tom cars were fun yet challenging given the terrain, but quite unique.
