ブリティッシュコロンビア州の熱帯雨林を歩く採餌101ウォーキングツアーで、食用野生キノコの世界を探検しましょう。 あなたの野生の工芸品、マイコガイドは、地元の野生のキノコを安全に識別する方法を教えてくれます。ポルチーニ、シャンテレレ、ロブスターマッシュルームなどの珍味は、私たちが見つけるかもしれない多くの食用のほんの一部です。 緑豊かな森の下層階を散歩しながら見つけた菌類をすべて展示し、料理、保存技術、収穫の物語について語り合います。
なお、これは収穫旅行ではなく、食用の野生キノコを見つけて安全に識別する方法を教えるクラスです。 公園で採れるキノコは違法なので、野生のキノコをin situで探索して調べます。
公共交通機関でアクセス可能なツアーは10月下旬から12月に予定されていますので、お車をお持ちでない場合は、クラスを予約する前にお問い合わせください。
キノコが飛び出す場所によって集合場所が変わる場合がありますので、授業の前週にメールを確認してください。

5.00Our host was amazing and knew so much! A great format... Mushroom/Mycelium 101 followed by a show and tell of several findable varieties. Then a great walk through the forest identifying several species. Fabulous! 2 days later I was mowing my backyard and was actually able to notice and confidently identify "puffball mushrooms" growing in the shadows. I would have run right over them otherwise. New appreciation for a woods walk and a vow to not just look ahead and up but down as well.

5.00Robin is a fantastic guide and she happily shows off her love of edible, and non-edible, mushrooms that are available in our local forests. She also prepared a lunch using some local wild mushrooms in a paté as well as some prepared pickles and salad. This is a must for anyone who wants to find out more about nature's bounty.
