All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph

Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.

Children are welcome on this flight, making it a perfect introduction to flying and an inspiring experience for future pilots in training.

If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.

A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

Harbour Air

Arrive at the Vancouver Harbour Seaplane Centre at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to begin your journey with ease. As you check in, take in the vibrant atmosphere of a working harbour, where seaplanes come and go, offering a dynamic view of the bustling waterfront.

Once onboard, your pilot will provide a brief safety orientation to ensure you're fully prepared for your flight. Then, your adventure begins as you take off from Vancouver’s busy harbour, soaring into the sky for breathtaking aerial views of the city and its stunning surroundings.

These folks made it all very easy. The seaplane terminal is behind and below the convention center - a bit hard to find but it’s a nice facility. Plane is as expected - small and tight seating but not too noisy and small space not an issue for short flight. Views of downtown core and north were great. Not 5-star because pilot says nothing to tell you what you’re looking at. Decent value for the price.

I wouldn’t do it on a rainy day. We had minimal visibility ( the Captain was completely upfront about it though). But I’m sure it would amazing on a sunny day.

Super fun! took a few sharp turns which was scary but the views were amazing and each side of the plane gets to see all views. it was a good amount of time, not too long or short.

Spectacular views on a clear day. Saw the city, bays and mountains to the west. Short ride, only 20 minutes. Would have liked a longer flight. Crew was great.
