There are plenty of bust stops where you can start and stop your trip and there is a good app which gives you a live feed as to where the buses are on the route so you can gauge how long you need to wait for the next one. The route visits the main attractions in the city and so is a great way of getting round and seeing the sites. The commentary on board is a little hard to follow as it is often not in sync with exactly where you are and so you are trying to see things that may not be there. The self guided tour around Stanley Park was really good and very easy to follow with good accurate commentary. Overall a good way to see Vancouver if you don't have a great deal of time.

We are giving this five stars only based on our first driver. Her name was Sherry and she was great. She narrated the trip and was very funny and knowledgeable. We got off at Granville market. The next driver did not speak and did not turn on the narration, so we had no idea where we were. We were not happy with this, and neither were others. We got off and got back on, and the next driver just turned on the narration, which was fine.
