5.00We were absolutely delighted with our guide Matt. We were early to the meeting point and he was already there and spotted us immediately. The ticket counters were down because of computer issues so he gave us a fabulous starter tour .... then used his experience and relationships to get tickets ahead of the crowds and then the real, full on tour began, and WOW! We've hired very good guides in the past but Matt is in the elite category of guides. He was SO relational, experienced and was steeped in history and the minutia of the castle. Amazing! AND, he has a great voice. With all the ambient noise he was easy to hear. I have serious hearing gloss but with Matt I didn't miss a word. Can't say enough good things. A+++++

5.00Our tour with Eva was absolutely marvelous. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing so many interesting tidbits and insights that you can't get from just walking around the complex on your own. She showed us around the entire complex, and when we still had additional time, she walked us down to Lesser Town and showed us some sights around there, too. She even gave us a superb recommendation for lunch with really delicious, authentic Czech cuisine. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone and everyone planning to visit Prague, and if you get Eva as your tour guide, you will be in for a truly memorable day!
