• Great way to interact with beautiful stingrays

  This was an amazing tour—from pick up to drop off! Our driver met us on time and the vehicle was in great, safe condition. Once we got to Stingray City, check in was easy, bathrooms were clean, and instructions for how to interact with the animals was clear. My little one was afraid to be in the water with the rays, so a guide (I think his name was Randy?) literally carried her around for 15-20 minutes so she could view fish on coral instead and just see the rays from a short distance. I also noticed Randy carrying people back and forth from the boat to the shallows through some deeper water to ensure everyone got to experience the beautiful stingrays and enjoy themselves—these guides really worked hard to make sure everyone had a good experience. Back at shore, rum punch and fruit punch awaited us and our driver had snacks and certificates of participation for us! We were extremely happy with this tour and the hardworking, considerate people who run Stingray City and the transports. Highly recommend, and I hope you get to work with the people we did because they made our day!

  Andrew our driver was awesome 🤩 he was very knowledgable and efficient and made life very easy. The stingrays are so friendly and swim past you so gently, really worth doing this if it’s the only thing you do:)

  Really easy to book through Get Your Guide. We were given a meeting point that was just at the end of the port, so easy to find. Tafary met us and drove us to Stingray City - in a lovely air conditioned van! Tafary pointed out local places of interest along the way, as well as telling us all about the stingrays. We could tell how knowledgeable he was and how much he cared for them. After a short speed boat ride, we arrived at the floating dock, where we were able to get in and swim with the stingrays! This was truly incredible. There were snorkel and masks provided if you wanted to use them. Tafary then helped us to hold a stingray, whilst telling us a bit about which one we were holding. After snorkelling around for a bit, we then got to feed the stingrays! We had plenty of time with the stingrays and all of the staff were fantastic. After the speedboat back, there were complimentary drinks, a gift shop, a snack shack and the opportunity to buy photos taken by their photographer if you wish. (Showers and toilets/ changing facilities also). Tafary then drove us back to the port and gave us some suggestions of local places to see in the afternoon. This trip was absolutely incredible, Tafary was absolutely fantastic and made it such a great experience. I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone visiting! Just a side note- we did the earlier morning slot by booking through Get Your Guide, instead of booking through our cruise. It was great because it was less busy, didn’t feel crowded at all. 10/10!!!!

  The excursion to stingray city was a wonderful experience!!! All the guys of Antigua call Italy have explained in detail all the rules for respecting animals and the place! Super recommended!

  This was a once in a lifetime experience for my boyfriend and I. Everyone involved made this a day to remember. From the beginning, everything was communicated very clearly and we knew exactly where to go to for pick up and the name of our driver. Our driver, Miss Phoenix, made sure we were comfortable and answered every question we had. We learned a lot about Antigua's history and a little about Barbuda too. When we arrived, the crew welcomed us and gave a short orientation about how to handle the sting rays. Expectations were clear and helped us feel comfortable before departing for Sting Ray city. After the short boat ride we arrived and unfortunately the water was a little higher and choppier than expected due to the hurricane further north. However, our 'wranglers', especially Mr. Trouble made us feel safe and confident. We even got to touch and feed the rays and spent plenty of time out in the water. After departing Sting Ray city we had a delicious rum punch and got our pictures, which were very affordable. This was the highlight of our trip and we are so glad we got to experience it.
