You will be picked up from your accommodation location and driven to the Rainforest entrance by the guide. The drive to and from the forest doubles as a sight seeing tour. At the entrance of the forest you will be given a pair of rental boots for the duration of the walk. The Tobago Main Ridge Reserve is the world's oldest protected rainforest recognized by UNESCO. The forest is home to a wide variety of tropical wildlife and is an animal lover/bird watcher's dream. There are hidden streams, waterfalls as well as native flora and fauna to be seen on the walk with a licensed tour guide. This is a private tour, only your booking will be facilitated for your walk.

Along with this exciting bird watching, wild life and and plant identification adventure, this package includes a delicious local lunch for both you and the hummingbirds to enjoy. Hotel pickup is at 9am, drop off at 4pm.

5.00This hummingbird experience was unexpectedly amazing. The. bird was sipping from a small container in my hand. You could hear the hum of the wings while it hovered. The hostess called the birds with rolling tongue and chirping sounds. We called her the hummingbird whisperer. The cost for the bird experience only is TT$100 and with lunch it is TT$200. This is a bird watchers adventure. I totally recommend it for anyone who is into nature.

5.00Great experience - we had literally rain (it was raining cats and dogs) and forrest. Ellis is a really great guide - very knowledgable of nature and culture. Highly recommended tour!

5.00Don't believe the three hours - Ellis is with you all day. We read three hours, shortened our trip and left Ellis six happy hours after meeting him. Ellis is Tobago through and through, so if you have any requests, just register them when you meet. Waterfalls, Forts... you name it, he'll incorporate it.
