  My family of four was very excited for this tour after reading positive reviews and seeing appealing photos. We booked online a full month in advance and arrived at 9:15 a.m. for our scheduled 10:00 a.m. tour, shortly after our cruise ship arrived at port. Upon arrival, the check-in process was extremely confusing. There were several tour companies operating in the same area outside of Señor Frog’s, with no clear signage or organization. After some time, I finally located the person responsible for our tour. He was not wearing any company-branded clothing or identification for BahaWater Tours—just a man with a phone that showed we were listed for the 10:00 a.m. tour. We stood in a group of 30+ people for about 30 minutes before he asked us to follow him roughly 50 yards to the boat. Again, there were numerous boats coming and going for other tours, adding to the confusion. Once we arrived, another group of approximately 30 people was already waiting to board, and there were passengers already on the boat. There was no boarding order or organization whatsoever. People began pushing forward to get on. The boat took 20 passengers, and the captain stated that two additional boats would be arriving to pick up the rest. At that point, I assumed there would be no issue. Unfortunately, the next two boats could only accommodate an additional 12–14 people total. That left approximately 16–20 people—including my family—without a spot. The remaining captain then announced that those left behind could instead take a 1:00 p.m. tour. Our cruise ship departed at 3:00 p.m., and this tour lasts approximately three hours, making that option impossible. It became very clear that people were being added to the tour on the spot, despite others having booked well in advance. While I did receive a refund, I had to seek assistance from a woman working for a completely different tour company, as the person who originally checked us in had boarded the first boat and left. As a business owner of over 30 years who runs a multi-million-dollar company, I am genuinely surprised this operation remains in business with such poor organization and customer management. Unless this company completely changes its boarding protocol and prioritizes guests who have reserved ahead of time, I would strongly recommend staying clear of this tour.

  I had a great time ! We had an amazing time on this tour swimming with turtles, snorkeling, and feeding the pigs! Mario, our boat driver, was hilarious and a great instructor—he made the whole experience fun and comfortable. His assistants, Reio and Daniel, were both wonderful. Reio was very friendly and attentive, checking in on us often and helping us with our gear, while Daniel was also very helpful and kind throughout the tour. They all worked together to make it a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for my group. Highly recommend!

  This was a great trip. We booked it privately through trip adviser to connect with in Nassau when our cruise arrived at the port. The walk to senior frogs was longer than what I was advised, but we had enough time to walk there (15-20 minutes) before the scheduled time. My only complaint was that I did not have wifi and I did not know that I would actually get a scannable ticket the day of our trip. I had the confirmation number and proof of purchase but it did not include the name of the company I chose. Make sure that you have all of that with you when you go. There were several small companies leaving from the same location and time as the one I chose. It was confusing without having at least the company name. The advertisements were all the same so you could not tell them apart and the area was a bit sketchy where we were waiting so I was glad there were several of us in my group waiting together. Luckily I was able to get a signal a few minutes before our boat came and found the ticket that they sent and the company name, but that was pure luck. Other than that, the trip was great. We saw the turtles and snorkeled, saw the pigs and had rum drinks on the island and then ate a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. The crew were helpful and pointed out homes and sights along the way. As a side note, a few other groups of people were still waiting when we left for other trips and their boats were over 1/2 an hour late at that point. Do your homework, read the reviews. I went with trip advisor because it was a company I knew and trusted. The cruise ship did not offer anything like what I got so I chose to book my own. It is always a bit of a risk for connections and private bookings but this one was good. It was through Baja tours on the Avanti boat.

  Super friendly staff. We saw a turtle, a bunch of colorful fish, fed little and big pigs. Had a blast! Kids (age 4-6 year old) enjoyed it. Just make sure to bring sun screen. Also a hat is very hard to hold on to, as it gets very windy on the boat.

  We were not warned of the fact that it is completely normal for the boat tours to pick up later than reserved. Waited a very stressful 50 min before the dock managers were able to find a boat with Baha Boat Tours. None of the boats were well marked and all of them were hard to identify. Once we boarded the boat Capt Tigi was amazing, helpful, and made the trip very fun.

  Amazing tour, captain Lee was great, funny, easy to talk to. He shared fun facts about the islands. The tour was relaxing and wasn't rushed. We swam with turtles and feed the pigs and great lunch was included. Loved every minute! I'll probably want to do it again
