Snorkel as per your wish and as per your abilities and aptitudes, near the islands.. Relax and enjoy. Have siesta on the island before sailing to Coin de Mire, the third island. The catamaran will pass nearby, Setting foot on the island is not done.
Sea conditions remaining favorable, you can snorkel in the natural aquarium near Coin de Mire island. It is one of the best spots for snorkeling.
More than just a trip, it is a wonderful sea experience.

What To Expect
Ilot Gabriel Beach
Guests will land on the island. very nice beach , swimming and snorkeling , can see a virgin island and a virgin beach. Can see from very close the endemic bird called , Paille En Queue, can see them in their nests as well . The trip from Grand Baie to the first island last for about one and a half hour.
Ile Plate Beach
Ile Plate (also called Flat Island) and Ilot Gabriel (Gabriel Island) are two small islands located about 10 km north of Mauritius shores. Edged by white sand and linked by a turquoise lagoon, they offer picture-perfect preserved landscapes. The trip will last for about one and a half hour.

4.00Its an amazing boat cruise, but the guide was giving more details to the French speaking tourist than us English speaking tourist. The 3rd island you just pass it, its not to be stopped at.

1.00Too crowded (Too many turns of the small boat to get people on/off the catamaran), no decent place to put your stuff, the music too noisy, schdule and timing instructions were very fluid, we sailed about a hour late and all the time standing waiting on a very hot beach, shoes were raken at the begining so no way you could walk on warm sand and rocks to scout the islands a bit. special dietary food we asked for in reservation was not met. drinks were offered very generously but in used plastic glasses w/o cleaning - so you get a used glass (we can't bear it). The islands themself doesnt worth sailing to. nothing to see even with snorkeling equipment. Coin de mire island is seen from cape malourox beach very nicely. To sum it up, don't. If you must see the islands get a much expensive private boat tour.

3.004 hours of round trip sailing, we are dropped off on a sandbank without anything to eat or drink to pick us up around 1pm and it is only from this moment that we are offered some grills and drinks. Far from the cata outings I could do elsewhere with a superb atmosphere and lunch on an island. Fortunately the exit can be negotiated at Rs. 2000 per person

5.00Excellent Cruise, takes about hour and a half to get to the island, swimming is awesome and the food is really really good. The 3-4 guides are very good with offering drinks throughout the trip and explaining everything, really chilled trip.

4.00Nice, to do in his stay. The beaches are beautiful, the islands superb and the catamaran remains entertaining if you are not used to sailing. Maybe lacks a little authenticity. A slight feeling of being part of a huge herd of tourists who have still tried to sell tickets to see the turtles on site or for snorkel/mask rental. (To be expected before getting on the boat) but at the same time it is the game in Mauritius as many places elsewhere. Followed the circuit! We take Instagram photos and pay. Everybody and happy.

1.00Hello, During the voyage there were two heavily alcoholic ladies on board, who were not controlled by the crew. Instead of calming them down, the crew poured them more alcohol, flirted and laughed with them. The return journey became a nightmare: The women harassed other guests and eventually provoked a fight. The ladies kissed crew members, which was tolerated by them. During the lunch break, they stayed on the boat and kept getting drunk. On the way back they attacked the captain at the wheel; he could hardly defend himself and set no clear boundaries. Escalation of the brawl was prevented only by the intervention of a respectful, determined person. The crew proved to be completely overwhelmed. The provider refuses any refund.

5.00An unforgettable day by catamaran! A simply magical experience! The crew was welcoming, professional and always smiling. Mood on board was relaxed and friendly, perfect for enjoying the sun and the turquoise sea. The scenery was breathtaking, and stops for swimming or snorkeling made the day even more special. The meal served on board was excellent, with fresh and typical products — a real treat! Everything was perfectly organized, from departure to return to port. Many thanks to the whole team for this incredible adventure, which we recommend 100%!
