You will receive a text the day before the tour with your exact pick-up time. Pick-up times typically range between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. • Pick-up times may change due to traffic, weather, or operational needs. • Provide a valid phone number and be ready 5 minutes early at the front entrance of your pick-up location. • If you do not answer or are not present when contacted, the guide will continue the tour. • Beach Pick-Up: If you miss the return meeting point at the beach, the guide will continue back to San Juan. Any extra transportation is at your expense. • Children 5 and under are not allowed on the tour or the bus. • Buses do not have car seats and cannot accommodate them. • A waiver will be texted to you. All participants must read and sign it before boarding. Notify us 24 hours prior if you do not agree. • The Rainforest tour is challenging, and moderate fitness is required. • You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces. • The guide may deny participation for safety reasons. • Follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour (non-refundable). • We reserve the right of admission. • No alcohol, no smoking, and no coolers on the bus. • Only one small carry-on bag per person (no large luggage). • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. • Life vests provided and required for Rainforest and Beach portions. • Cotton socks are required for the Rainforest (worn together with water shoes or hiking shoes). They offer better traction on mossy rocks. • Closed-toe shoes recommended; no flip-flops in the Rainforest. • Tour operates rain or shine. • Weather may require route adjustments. • Participants join the tour at their own risk. • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. • Late arrivals = no-show (non-refundable). • Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities not included. • Not wheelchair accessible. • Service animals allowed. • Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy. • Maximum of 19 travelers.

5.00It was such a great experience! If you only have one day in San Juan, book this your and you will not regret it. We had a walking tour of San Juan the day before and I thought that San Juan part of this tour will be reparative but it was not at all! Bryant is such a fun tour guide and we had an amazing and safe time. Trip is very well planned out. If you are staying close to Old San Juan like we are, this is a great opportunity to explore the island without booking a car or taking Uber. Highly recommend!!! Bryant does pictures and videos for everyone and gives the real island vibe. You will not regret this!

5.00If you have a limited amount of time and want to maximize visiting some of the highlights that the island has to offer, this is a tour for you. Our tour guide Hector was amazing; he was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The icing on the cake is that he is also a photographer, so we have some very nice photos of the trip. Tip: it's important to follow instructions, they know what they are doing. When they say no flip-flops it's for a reason. I also appreciated that the morning of the tour, the guide you are assigned sends a text so that communication is not an issue. We started with the tour of Old San Juan, followed by the Yunque. Ending at the beach with many food and beverage options. Enjoyed our day!

5.00If you’re really looking for an authentic experience this is your tour! Between Bryant Jessie and Jorge our experience at the waterfalls was amazing they made us feel secure and safe at all times and once we went to the beach it was beautiful and so much delicious food! I honestly will be booking again!

5.00I had the ultimate experience with the tour guides. I learned a lot about the Puerto Rican history through education from Bryant. The 3 in 1 experience admission price was worth every penny. On our one full day tour, our packed carryon bags were secured on the bus with the driver and that was most pleasing, especially when we got to the rainforest, it gave everyone the ability to be hands-free to climb down and up the rainforest pathways. We had the perfect size group and Bryant kept everyone engaged with each other, and there was not one quiet moment on the bus where we weren’t laughing, dancing, and singing together. Bryant took us to some of the most beautiful sites old San Juan had to offer, and the rainforest experience was captivating. Our last stop at the beach was so refreshing. The water was just right, especially after jumping into the cold springs of the rainforest. Being that it was my husband’s, and my first time in Puerto Rico. This was the best experience for someone like us who wanted to learn more about the history of the place that they’re visiting. Our last stop at the beach was perfect. We were able to relax on the beach and get some flavorful Mojitos and food. The entrance to the beach smelled so amazing so much food and upbeat music. Bryant took us to all of the hot spots, and even recommended other spots to visit on our own outside of the tour. My husband and I feel like we are now natives to the land and can’t wait to take another tour of Puerto Rico! WEPA!!!
