We really enjoyed the tour. I would have like more history of San Juan when we toured old San Juan. Hector was great at the water slides. He gave exceptional instructions and assisting guests who needed help getting there. The hike through the rain forest is beautiful, but tough. The beach is amazing and the water was warm. There are stores and restaurants that were great.

Gabriel was fantastic! What a great experience! The water slides were awesome! When they say it was muddy, it is muddy! You will get your shoes completely muddy, no avoiding that. Be sure to bring an extra pair of socks. It does help with the slippery trails! Awesome experience!

Brian was very hospitable. Coming from South Carolina this is huge. He had Great customer service, knowledgeable, energetic, kind, compassionate and considerate! I bought along my mom who’s is my best friend in the whole wide world. She is 65 and had a double knee replacement. Brian was observant that she had knee surgery and suggested what was SAFEST for her to do or not do. She still got the full experience safely. We enjoyed Brian so much. He made our first time to Puerto Rico well worth it and made us want to revisit. The tour itself was great we got 3 tours in one so a little taste of everything. If you are going to do the tour moderate health is recommended. If you have knee or back issues such as my mom there are modifications that can be done. Brian and other guest were very patient as I helped my mom navigate the muddy and steep areas of hiking. Complimentary photos and videos were taken which was amazing. The beach was amazing. Water shoes are good but as recommended wear socks during the waterslide as it wet and slippery. Brian ensured our safety and showed attentiveness and concern the duration of the trip. We enjoyed the tour so much. Highly recommended. Brian was so accommodating. Would definitely tour with him again.

I would recommend this tour if you’re looking to see a lot in a short period of time. We ended earlier than I anticipated at around 4/5. The tour was not heavy on history or background for the places we went. We would stop somewhere and have a set amount of time to explore. Stops: I would recommend the stops change from stopping at the entertainment area (I think “distrito T-Mobile”) to stopping at the center of old San Juan and having time to walk around there instead. The entertainment area has an I love PR sign but the rest of the area was closed and they have a similar sign at the square of old San Juan. We had a little time to see the outside of the historic buildings on the coastline of old San Juan but we didnt have time to go inside them. I also did not particularly need to see the capital building (but others may like that history), was a short 15 min stop. Clothes: We packed clothes for old San Juan, then one piece and swim shorts for rainforest, then change of clothes for the beach/kioskos (we had longest stop here of 2 hours). You get bathroom stops and we used those to change. For footwear for the rainforest, a high traction shoe (I wore Salomon hiking sneakers) is best for the very muddy terrain- it is not a hard hike cardiovascularly but more ankle stability, it was slippery with mud/rocks and people fell because they had the wrong shoes. Then you need socks for walking in the water for the water slides. Rainforest: We didn’t really explore the rainforest or learn about it. Just went to the water slides which were fun. Most people did the easier one but only a few did the harder one. The tour guide took photos at the water slides and shared a shared album after the tour.

A fun, well‑paced day that blends history, nature, and relaxation. Old San Juan’s colorful streets and a stop at the Castillo San Felipe del Morro, were a highlight. The rainforest hike and natural water slides were exhilarating. We ended the day at a beautiful beach which was the perfect way to unwind. William, our guide, made the experience even better with his knowledge, humor, and easygoing energy. A great all‑in‑one taste of Puerto Rico.
