We usually avoid group tours and guided travel, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but this 4-day desert tour completely changed our perspective. We ended up having a private tour, and it was absolutely the right choice. What stood out most was how relaxed everything felt. There was no rushing from one place to another, no rigid schedule — just a smooth, enjoyable journey at our own pace. Said Benamar, our driver, made all the difference. He was incredibly friendly and funny, and created a very comfortable atmosphere from the start. What I appreciated most was how he went beyond the standard itinerary. He took the time to show us additional places based on our interests, which made the experience feel personal and unique rather than “touristy". The car was also very spacious and comfortable, which made the long drives through the stunning landscapes even more enjoyable. I’ve already recommended Said and Morocco Fabulous Travels to a friend who’s planning a trip to Morocco, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. If you’re considering it, the private tour is absolutely worth it!

We were highly anticipating this private tour and yet the experience surpassed expectations. Our guide, Hassan B., made sure to customize the experience for us, allowing more time when we wanted it and giving us the highlights when we wanted to keep moving. The company was extremely communicative and let us customize our stays easily. In all, worth every Dirham!

From start to finish Morocco Fabulous Travel was top notch professional. Quick responses to my many questions before the trip and very trustworthy. We were picked up at our hotel in Casablanca by our amazing guide Youssef Ouyahia on a bright Saturday morning. Over the next 4 days as we traveled to Marrakech, we learned so much and had fun! Youssef was extremely knowledgeable, always helpful and professional, and became our friend over our 4 day trip. He was very prompt and was a great resource to us when we had questions. Youssef knew all the yummy restaurants for lunch, the perfect place to buy an authentic rug from a cooperative in the mountains and even told us about the hand signals drivers use on the road! It was a true luxury to have a private car and trustworthy local driver who knew all the stops, scenic places, and shopping places so you wouldn’t feel like you were being taken advantage of. We will always treasure our camel ride in the Sahara and remember the magnificence of the Atlas mountains. If you want to experience how wonderful Morocco is, support this amazing Moroccan company and their great team. We can’t wait to return! And say hi to Youssef for us, he’s the best!

Our four day three night tour from Marrakech, overnight in the Sahara, through the Atlas Mountains and cedar forests and ended up in Fez was fabulous. Youssef Ouyahia was the safest driver on our tour and gave us insightful information of the region. We stayed at beautiful Riads throughout the trip. We loved the Sahara and watching the sunset and riding camels. He also knew excellent places to purchase Berber ceramics, rugs and fossils. My friend and I highly recommend Youssef!

An amazing experience from our desert trip where we stayed for 2 nights in a lovely tent with en-suite. Rose on camels, visited a nomad family, travelled through villages and towns, saw traditional markets and unesco heritage Kasbah, went over high Atlas Mountains, Todra gorge and stayed in the beautiful Eden Boutique Hotel for a night of pure luxury. I’m sure I’ve missed things out, but the whole trip was incredible made even more special by our wonderful driver/guide Youssef who became our trusted companion with his kind, friendly and thoughtful ways and his knowledge of everything we saw. He is highly recommended.

We just completed the 4 day tour from Fes to Marrakesh by way of Merzouga and the Dades Gourge. Such extraordinarily beautiful views and interesting stops along the way! Our guide and driver, Said, spoke English really well and had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed his music set list which enhanced the whole journey. He took us to places for a more local authentic Berber experience and avoided the sales touts. We opted for the private tour which gave us more flexibility in a super comfortable all-wheel-drive car. I would highly recommend the extra day in Merzouga if you have the time. We visited a Berber home and found some small fossils. We enjoyed 2 sunsets in the desert, one with Camels (Dromedaries) and another just walking up from the desert camp. We also enjoyed a sunrise as well! The accomodations in both places were excellent and the moroccan food was delicious. I particularly liked the gnawa music in Khamlia on our extra day in the desert. This is a highly recommended tour to do while in Morocco!

Excellent private tour with an equally amazing guide in Youssef Nogot. He was very knowledgeable and paced the tour really well according to our needs. Highlight of the tour was definitely the sunset camel ride in the Sahara and the stargazing under the desert sky.

Said was great! The tour itself had a lot of different experiences and views into cultural sites and the desert. Said provided a unique perspective of the desert and lives of the Berber people. The tour itself was great. The third day allowed for relaxation and desert exploration, so be aware that you’ll have that time on your own to explore. All in all it was a great time, I learned a lot, was comfortable, ate great food, and got appreciate aspects of Morocco I couldn’t have by myself.
