When we started planning our honeymoon, we knew we wanted an adventure. What we didn't expect was that our journey across Morocco would become one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. We originally booked Morocco Fabulous Tours' 4-day desert tour, and flipped the itinerary to start from Marrakesh and go to Fes. After seeing the itinerary, we decided to customize it by adding an extra day in the Sahara and additional time in Fes. It ended up being the perfect decision and gave us a chance to experience Morocco at a more relaxed pace. From the moment Youssef Ouyahia picked us up in Marrakesh, we knew we were in great hands. Over the course of our trip, we traveled through the stunning Atlas Mountains, visited beautiful villages and kasbahs, crossed dramatic desert landscapes, rode camels into the Sahara, explored Fes, and eventually made our way to Casablanca. Every day brought something completely different, and every day was incredible. What made this trip truly special, though, was Youssef. From the very beginning, he was incredibly personable and easy to be around. Spending several days on the road with someone is a long time, but Youssef made every mile enjoyable. He was fascinating to talk with, always happy to share insights about Moroccan culture, history, and everyday life, and he had a great sense of humor that kept us laughing throughout the trip. By the end of our journey, he felt less like a tour guide and more like a friend. Whether we were driving through the Atlas Mountains, stopping for tea, or watching the sunset over the Sahara, conversations with Youssef were often just as memorable as the destinations themselves. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for showing us his country made the entire experience feel personal and unforgettable. One of our favorite memories was our extra day in the Sahara. Having more time there allowed us to slow down and really appreciate the experience rather than simply passing through. Watching the sun set over the dunes, spending the evening under the stars, and waking up to the quiet beauty of the desert felt almost surreal. Those are moments we'll remember for the rest of our lives. As honeymooners, we especially appreciated how personal the trip felt. Nothing felt rushed or overly scripted. We felt like we were experiencing the real Morocco, not just checking off tourist attractions. Youssef's warmth, sense of humor, and passion for his country made every conversation and every stop along the way more meaningful. Looking back, it's hard to pick a favorite part because the entire journey—from Marrakesh through the Atlas Mountains and Sahara to Fes, with our trip ending in Casablanca—was filled with unforgettable moments. Morocco is a spectacular country, but having someone like Youssef guiding the experience made all the difference. If you're considering a tour with Morocco Fabulous Tours, don't hesitate. We can wholeheartedly recommend Youssef. This honeymoon was an adventure we'll be talking about for years, and we're so grateful for the memories.

I took the 4-day desert tour from Fes to Marrakech at the age of 76 and can only say: It was one of the most beautiful trips of my life. My guide Said Benamar was exceptionally friendly, calm, attentive, and always helpful. Especially the many conversations with him made this trip so special for me. Said told and showed me a lot about Berber traditions, life in the villages, and also about his own family. As a result, I not only saw Morocco but truly got to know it. The landscapes were impressive – from the Atlas Mountains to the great dunes of the Sahara. I will never forget the night in the desert camp with music by the fire and the beautiful starry sky. Everything was excellently organized, the accommodations were clean and cozy, and I felt safe and very well taken care of throughout the entire trip. You can immediately tell that Said does his work with heart and is proud of his culture. Especially for older travelers, his calm and pleasant manner is perfect. Thank you very much for this unforgettable trip. I would travel with Said Benamar again at any time and can wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

The 4-day desert tour from Fès to Marrakesh was one of the most beautiful travel experiences we have ever had. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt safe, welcomed, and excellently cared for throughout the entire trip. A very special thank you goes to our guide and driver, Said Benamar. He was not only a very good and safe driver but also an incredibly warm, likable, and authentic person. The conversations with Said were a true highlight of the trip for us. He explained and showed us a lot about Berber traditions, life in Morocco, his family, and the culture. As a result, we got to know the country in a much more personal and authentic way that a typical tourist would never experience otherwise. The landscapes were impressive – from the Atlas Mountains to green oases and the golden dunes of the Sahara near Merzouga. The sunset in the desert and the night in the camp were simply unforgettable. The food and accommodations were also excellent and very authentic. What was particularly nice was that the tour never felt like a typical tourist trip. Said took a lot of time, made interesting stops, and always made sure that we felt comfortable and could truly experience Morocco. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour and especially Said Benamar. Thank you very much for this beautiful and unforgettable trip – we would travel with him again at any time!

I took the four-day private trip and would definitely recommend it over the three-day option. The extra day gives you much more time to enjoy the desert and the other interesting stops along the way. Our guide, Mustapha, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and always responsive to our needs. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco

This was a terrific way to navigate Morocco on our first time in the country. It was great not to be driving and navigating all the police traffic stops. The meal stops, excursions and overnight hotels were curated with care and thoughtfulness. Best of all was our guide, AHMED. We hit the jackpot when we were assigned this guide!!! He is gregarious, jovial, easygoing and very personable, the 4 day trip flew by like it does when you are truly in the fun zone.

Fantastic 4 day Sahara Desert experience with our guide, Youssef Ouyahia. Easily the highlight of our trip to Morocco. The sights and experiences (desert, camel riding, sandboarding, stops along the way) were all really interesting and beautiful, but it was our guide who made it extra special. He spoke good English, drove safe yet efficient, very knowledge, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and having a good time. By the end, it felt like we were friends and sad to say goodbye! Tip: book the 4 day (instead of 3 day) and spend 2 nights in the desert.. after lots of driving, it is worth it to relax a little in the Sahara, especially if one night you don’t get the best weather.
