After an early breakfast and briefing from the wildlife authority or guides, we set off through the steep densely forested hills, an expedition that will take us into close interaction with the gorilla families in the thick vegetation, an inspiring moment. Gorilla tracking in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest requires energy and can take more than 8 hours. Therefore water bottles, snacks, jungle boots, raincoat/jackets are a necessity.
