  The best travel company during our entire Balkan trip! We took a private tour with the company for multiple days, got picked up by them from Sofia, Bulgaria, did a city tour of Skopje, a day tour to Kosovo and then a 2 day trip to Ohrid. The company arranged everything very well. We especially like the driver and tour guide to Ohrid, Daniela (driver) and Ivana (guide). Ivana was so knowledgeable and kind. Both Daniela and Ivana went over their way to make sure we have an excellent experience. I can't recommend this company more. Not only we saw the beautiful Macedonia, we also learned so much. Their price is also very reasonable. I can't recommend enough!

  I came across Daniela (the company owner) over TripAdvisor and luckily for me, she organized a perfect program for 4 days in Macedonia 🇲🇰 After a very early pick up from the airport, she drove me to the hotel and on the next day, I kicked off my adventure in Macedonia. First day, I made a fabulous Skopje tour with Suzanna + Matka Canyon. Suzanna is a very friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable kind of guide that you will enjoy her company to the utmost. She took me everywhere around Skopje and after we had lunch, we went to the marvelous canyon of Matka, just half an hour from Skopje where we had a beautiful boat trip to the cave. Later on, we visited a beautiful monastery on the hill where I had a very interesting conversation with one of the monks. On the second day, I went to Kosovo with Robert (the best driver ever) who made me a very pleasant surprise in Pristina. The guide (Suad) in Kosovo was actually the surprise cuz he speaks Arabic (my mother tongue) and that was really amazing. He showed me around Pristina and he is very informative and funny. Later on we went to the monastery on the way to Prizren and he explained me everything related to the history of the monastery and its founder. We finished the day in Prizren, a mustsee city in Kosovo where you will fall in love with it as soon as you feel the traditional atmosphere of it. We had lunch there, me, Robert and Suad and we said goodbye to Suad and enjoyed some international music on our way back to Skopje. The last day, Daniela drived me to Ohrid (most beautiful city in Macedonia) where we met my guide (Naumka). She will surprise you with how many languages she can speak fluently. More than 12 languages (No Arabic unfortunately 😅) but it was funny to practice some Spanish and French with her as well. She showed me her beautiful city with enthusiasm and energy and she explained better than any guide I’ve ever had the history beyond every place. She made a video of me during the day and she took some selfies with me as well 😃. I was really sad cuz the day came to an end. I really recommend Explore Macedonia agency to any traveler ( Solo or groups) to make the most out of their stay in Macedonia. I wish I can rewind the time so that I can enjoy this adventure once more. Thanks Daniela for your perfect organize, Thanks Robert for the quality time we had together, Thanks Suad for making me feel home again with your Arabic language and memories you shared from your visit to Egypt, Thanks Naumka for the exceptional time we had in Ohrid, you’re the best.
