A representative of our company will be waiting for you the day of your arrival in Cusco at the airport, to take you to your respective hotel. We'll have the morning off. Our city tour starts at 14:00hrs from the gate of Cusco Cathedral, our first point to visit is the temple of the sun or Qoricancha, considered an indigenous religious sanctuary, where we will appreciate the very fine work of lithic technology carried out by the Incas, with the highest level of cutting in hard stone without being able to insert a sheet of paper and which despite the earthquakes remain stable to date.

Sacsayhuaman

After the visit to the Qoricancha we will board the bus that will take us to Sacsayhuaman, located 3km away. from the city of Cusco, Sacsayhuaman offers us a panoramic view of the city of Cusco, it was built with large blocks of limestone weighing from 25 to 130 tons. Composed of three superimposed terraces in a serpentine way (zigzag).

We will also arrive at Qenqo, which means labyrinth, it is located one kilometer from Sacsayhuaman, it establishes a construction based on limestone rock that shows stone sculpture in 500 m2 accompanied by structures that according to historians were used for astronomical, religious and astronomical study. embalming and/or mummification.

Tambomachay

Finally we will visit Tambomachay: resting place, located 9 km from the city of Cusco, better known as the Inca Baths for the water sources, or also known as the waters of eternal youth, for the flow of its waters that is constant and offers us part of the Inca trail, which goes from Cusco to Machupicchu. In the morning we welcome you and pick you up from your hotel in Cusco, to transfer you to the departure point of the tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Chinchero

Our first stop will be Chinchero, where we will visit its traditional craft community and get to know the ancient techniques that are still alive.

Maras Moray Tours

We will continue to Moray to tour its impressive circular terraces, considered an ancient Inca agricultural laboratory. Then we will head to the Salineras de Maras, where we can admire more than 3,000 active salt pools that make up one of the most emblematic landscapes of the region.

Ollantaytambo

Later, we will enjoy an Andean buffet lunch in Urubamba. In the afternoon, we will visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo and tour this important archaeological site before boarding the tourist train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo) according to the train booking schedule.

Machu Picchu

This great day begins with breakfast at the hotel, then we will board a bus to reach the citadel of Machu Picchu, upon arrival we will have a guided tour of about three hours, as well as enough time to take photos. At the end of the tour in Machu Picchu, we will descend to the town in a bus, upon arrival we will direct you to a good restaurant where you will have a lunch included. In the afternoon, we will board the return train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, then a transport to Cusco to leave you at your respective hotel.
