Went on the 2 day Gorilla Trek and Golden Monkeys Trek. Kaara was very accomodating and flexible with my plan changes. The guide, Ronald, was great as well! So glad went with a longer drive from Kigali into Uganda with them for the Gorilla Trek.

The experience with the gorillas words are insufficient! The rest of the tour was well planned and we were well taken care of. Faruk was very detail oriented explaining about the surrounding landscapes and beyond. The lodging was top notch as well as the 3 course meals every night. Faruk also had snacks and water ready for us at every stop! The vehicle was new, clean, and very comfortable! This is a trip not to be missed! You will be very well taken care of!

I did a solo gorilla trek in Uganda and it was absolutely amazing. Trekking through Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to see wild mountain gorillas up close was surreal—peaceful, powerful, and something I’ll never forget. Driving all over Uganda was eye opening and an amazing way of seeing Africa. Huge shoutout to Farouk, my guide, who was fantastic. He made me feel completely comfortable as a solo traveler and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The whole trip was well-organized, safe, and unforgettable from start to finish. He took care of anything I needed and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. If you're thinking about doing this—especially solo—go for it. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We did 4 days in Uganda with Kaara adventures to trek Gorilla’s and Chimpanzees. In the process of planning the trip Jovia was very helpful and flexible to organize the trip exactly as i wanted. Since we only had a short time between our arriving- and departing flight and also we went at the end of the rain season it needed to be perfect and so it was. Our driver Eddie was super nice and he really made sure we had an unforgetable time. All in all i would recommend Uganda and Kaara adventures to everybody who is looking for a once in a lifetime experience!

The trip itself was amazing. Our driver / tour guide (Ronnie) was unbelievable. He made us feel very safe throughout the journey and he was incredibly kind. My wife and I got to see gorillas within meters away apart from all kinds of animals in the game drive (safari). I highly recommend using this agency and, if possible, ask for Ronnie.
