If you are looking for a really intimate experience of Kyrgyz and Issy-Kul culture, I highly recommend this tour. By the end of our tour, our guide Zamir felt more like a friend. He was extremely hospitable a knowledgeable, and flexible; going above and beyond to provide us with the very best experiences the Issyk-Kul region had to offer. Despite covering a lot of rugged ground, we always felt very comfortable in his Mitsubishi Pajero. We were able to see breathtaking site after site along the perimeter of Lake Issyk-Kul. We cherished every jam-packed day of our tour, learned a ton about the land and culture and would not hesitate to recommend this trip to family or friends.
