I had a wonderful experience with Chonzom as our guide for two days. She was patient and accommodating when she realized I wasn't feeling well, possible due to altitude sickness. She kept checking in on me to see if I am ok, encouraging me to take it easy, breathe in oxygen, drink more water and even lent me her umbrella to block out the harsh afternoon sun when we were at Potala Palace. Chonzom also shared her wealth of information with us, especially at each location, helping us to understand the symbolism of each place, statues etc. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and time.

My elderly father and I were fortunate enough to travel with guide Lha Dup, he completely understood my Dad's age and ability and was happy to adjust and change as required. We enjoyed the monestery at Shiangtze and the markets at the end. His knowledge was exceptional and his English was good enough to tackle some of the difficult questions I had around construction. He joined our little group tour like he had known us for years and made everyone feel welcome. We had a small issue with my Dad leaving his phone on the train and thankfully we were able to locate it and have it returned. Exceptional trip and genuinely fantastic tour guide experience

We had an amazing 4-day experience in Lhasa thanks to our guide, Kunga. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about sharing Tibetan culture and history. Every site we visited came to life through his stories and insights, and he made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Kunga also went above and beyond to answer our questions and tailor the experience to our interests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a meaningful and well-guided visit to Lhasa!

Took the 4 day Lhasa city tour, which is essentially a 2 day experience due to travelling. Amy went above and beyond organising this for me and was very helpful answering all my questions beforehand. Tintin our tour guide was amazing, explaining everything in great details maybe in a bit too much details throughout the day, great person! We were 11 people i would have preferred a bit less people though and maybe some more individual spending time. Amazing tour, good sights, we had some local experiences as well, i wish i stayed more days in Tibet! Next time!
