Paro
Welcome to Paro Bhutan, where mist-covered mountains meet vibrant cultural heritage, and every step leads to a deeper connection with nature and your inner self. Your guide and driver await at the arrival with a white scarf of auspiciousness and escort you to your hotel.
Rinpung Dzong
Traverse the traditional wooden cantilever bridge to reach Paro Rinpung Dzong or the fortress on Heap of Jewels and explore the astonishing architecture and paintings .
Jangtsa Dumtseg Lhakhang
Dumtseg Lhakhang lies just out of Paro town, with the backdrop of a majestic hill. It is possibly the only ancient temple built in the shape of a chorten and is literally chained down since local belief holds that it will otherwise fly off to heaven! Dumtseg Lhakhang was constructed in 1412 by Thangtong Gyelpo who came to Bhutan in search of iron ore to be used for constructing bridges in his homeland Tibet. The paintings here are possibly the most extraordinary collection in all of Bhutan. The Dumtseg lhakhang was conceived as a mandala with the three different levels of initiation.
Dzongdrakha Temple
Take a 15 minutes walk to Dzongdrakha : visually splendid but little visited Cliffside retreat. While at here, don't forget to visit the cave where Drubthog Gyonpo Dorji , the founder of the Lhakhang has meditated. It has a spiritually healing ambience. The place is also not so touristy so you can enjoy the serenity and tranquility at utmost on your own.

This tour was truly a once in a lifetime experience, although hopefully we’ll return to see more of Bhutan. The whole trip was expertly guided by Tandin Dorji, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made it really fun for the kids, as did our expert driver Jamyang Dorji. Highlights had to be the hike up to Tigers Nest (and beyond), a white water rafting, with lunch on the river bank and our last night archery completion with Tandin and Jamyang. If we are lucky enough to return we would definitely ask to travel with the same team.

We had a wonderful time with guide Tandin Dorji and driver Lhab tshering on our short trip in Bhutan. Spending all four days with our guide we learnt all ton about life in Bhutan - past, present, and future. He shared all about the sites we visited in great detailed. He repeated some complex Buddhist history in different ways and even quizzed us and made it fun. He took care of our special diet and ensured every meal was to our liking. Our driver was fun and friendly too. He drove well, stopped when we wanted to take roadside photos, and took care of our things while we freely visited sites. He kept water, umbrellas and hiking poles for our use. I overall we loved all the experiences with Tandin Dorji and Lhab tshering. We will love to return for a longer trip with them.

This was a great tour organized by an amazing tour group! My guide was Tenzin (Tax) and my driver was Chuki who both provided a very informative and very entertaining tour from beginning to end. The entire tour was seamlessly organized from airport pickup, hotels, food, to the airport drop off so I had nothing to worry about except to enjoy the beauty of Bhutan. The best part of the tour was how flexible the itinerary was. Tax was able to change things very quickly on the fly depending on my interest. This led to a very unique experience where I was able enjoy things tailored to what I want which included conversing with locals and getting a peek into the life of a monk. The crown jewel of the trip was of course Tiger's Nest. Tax was able to go at my pace and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the hike with no problems. As stated before, Tax was a very knowledgable guide that described everything from the life of Bhutan to the individual relics in the temples with great detail. As a solo traveler having Tax as well as Chuki, who provided a very comfortable ride throughout the country, made the experience so much better. I cannot recommend this tour enough and I will see you guys again soon!

I stayed here for four days during my stay in Bhutan. Not only did they carefully explain the main tourist spots in Thimphu, Punakha, and Paro, but they also made every effort to accommodate all of my requests regarding food and things to see. My guide, Tandin Dorji, and my driver, Rapchu, were very kind and considerate in their support. I would definitely use them again.

My trip to Bhutan was a once-in-a-lifetime experience - and that is mainly thanks to our guide Tandin Wangchuk and our driver Inda Dorji. From the very first moment, I felt well looked after: Tandin not only impressed me with his comprehensive knowledge of Bhutan's history, culture and religion, but also with his warm-hearted, humorous manner. Every temple complex, every hike, every conversation was enriched by him. Inda Dorji was an absolutely safe and reliable driver - even on the winding mountain roads. Always punctual, friendly and helpful and he created a relaxed atmosphere in the car. I was particularly impressed by their personal touch and flexibility - they always adapted the programme to my interests and pace. I never had the feeling of being part of a ‘standard tour’, but was able to experience Bhutan in a truly personalised way. A heartfelt thank you also to Damber, who put together this journey with great care and professionalism. The planning and preparation were outstanding – every detail was taken into account, and it allowed me to fully enjoy Bhutan without any stress. I can highly recommend this trip and especially Tandin and Inda - I couldn't have imagined my time in Bhutan any better. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Very impressed with the tour, which was arranged by Bhutan Best Inbound. Good communication via Whatsapp. My guide, Kinley, and driver, Namgay, were really lovely, respectful and informative - I felt very safe. Particualrly enjoyed seeing the festival and the Tiger's Nest hike. The hotels provided were good - well located and clean. Would highly recommend this tour.
