1.00Unfortunately the trip was cancelled as the boat was under repair. These things happen but we were not informed until after the start time of the trip, and only after I chased 3 times for a response. Got a refund after I contacted Viator.

5.00Absolutely fantastic afternoon. Huge thank you to Matthew and moh. We also had jet ski time, paddle boarding. The snorkeling was the best for me, seeing the fish and swimming with them all around you 😍. Unlimited drinks and the food was beautiful. We had the best time as a family and would highly recommend as a must do while you are there.

5.00A great day out with Matt and the crew, we were picked up from our hotel and taken right to the Panda boat. Matt and the crew couldn't have been more hospitable, chatting to us about the island, pointing out the flying fish etc, the food was good, don't expect a full lunch or anything but it was nice, the drinks included in the package were perfectly acceptable and quite nice. Overall I thought it was good value for money. We met some lovely couples too. Would gladly go again

3.00The tour went from Puerto Rico along the coast to a bay. There you could book different activities (are charged extra but fair prices). The crew was super nice and totally dedicated. The food was fine. Overall really nice, a bit boring if you don't book activities. More hygiene would be desirable. The seat cushions were spotty from the opening act and the toilets really borderline, especially since you don’t wear shoes on the boat 🤮 If you are limited in movement, you might want to skip the tour.

1.00Last year we booked a private boat tour in Puerto Rico at 16:00, fully prepaid. The boat never showed up at the agreed time; after calling several times, they arrived late and offered to leave from Mogan, but it was too late and we decided to cancel. The logical thing to do would have been to give us the money back, but they never did. (they gave it back and loaded it again). He claimed Ricardo several times by whatsapp, but after the first time, he never answered again. This year we returned to the Canary Islands and, as the experience was still pending because it was paid for, we contacted Ricardo again. Result: no answer. They didn't pay the money back in the day, nor do they keep their promises now. Absolute shame. Unprofessionalism, zero seriousness and zero customer service. There are many companies in Gran Canaria that do comply and respect their customers, so our advice is clear: do not book with them if you do not want to lose your money and your holiday.
Nice boat just not what we expected from it.

3.00Nice boat! Only I don’t think it’s worth the 75 euro pp.. you sail an hour the way of Puerto de Mogán where you will float along the coast a little further. The drinks were well arranged you can ask unlimited anything. You don't have to expect much from the food. That's some chips and some baguettes you can put some ham on yourself. It certainly wasn't bad but it wasn't super either.
Friendly staff. Lovely boat.

4.00Good communication from the Panda Boat team when booking. They contacted me to rearrange because the boat was having a service on the day I had booked. I could choose either the day before or day after. Unfortunately the jet ski was unable to be used, but we were able to swim in the sea on our one stop. No guidance given on the snorkelling or where best to go. No floating boards either, but plenty of space on the front of the boat. The food and drinks were welcomed and staff looked after us.
