We have the knowledge from years of riding, exploring and training on these roads, so that we can take you to all the most beautiful places, including tea plantations, reservoirs, mountains, great coffee shops, wonderful views and more.

What To Expect
Well out of the city into the hills around Taipei to enjoy some of the spectacular roads that can be ridden within a short distance of the city. We'll roll down purpose built riverside cycling paths that lead us to the countryside, before we climb through tea plantations, into the mountains. We'll take you on quiet, traffic free roads, with featuring jungle and lakes. We'll take time to stop at a coffee shop with an outdoor terrace overlooking the rolling hills and distant Taipei, before rolling back to Taipei.

5.00If you are a cyclist, this is a must-do experience. The quiet, well-maintained roads and spectacular scenery within a short distance of Taipei blew me away. My guide Ian was very knowledgeable and shared insights into the local area. His repertoire of routes accommodated the changing weather as we cycled through the mountains around Taipei. There is so much to see I took the opportunity to spend 3 days riding and I felt like I only scratched the surface. I will definitely go back to do some more exploring and I will certainly do it with Epic Ride Taiwan.
