A trip to Qatar isn't complete without a visit to the DESERT of Qatar that meets the sea. Lying about 100km south of Doha, the last 30km of the trip are off road, across the sand dunes. Only go with a registered local tour operator and experienced off-road drivers or you could end up stuck. Both on the way and once you get there the scenery is stunning. Half a day trip combined with sand boarding, camel back ride and enjoy tea in a traditional desert camp. Well worth the trip.

I had a 12-hour layover in Qatar, and this Sunset Desert Experience was the perfect way to spend my time. The tour was smooth, well-organised, and full of excitement — from dune bashing to relaxing by the sea. The highlight was watching the sunset over the desert with the sea in the background — absolutely stunning and unique. My guide, Shabab, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip memorable. Highly recommended for anyone with a long transit in Qatar!

This was truly a wonderful experience. Dune-bashing, sandboarding, camel riding and so forth. Snap with the falcom was also very cool. I loved our whole desert safari tour and Mohammed was an excellent tour guide/driver. He was very patient and he tried to explain everything on the way for our information. I highly recommend this tour

It was a great experience from camel riding to dune bashing. Mohammad is the best tour guide there is. He was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole journey. We felt so safe and comfortable with him. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏻
