What To Expect
The Bund (Wai Tan)
Meet up your friendly private guide at your hotel in the morning, afternoon or evening, and have a short discussion with your guide for your things to do list. Then hop-on the comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to start your exciting 4-hour journey. You can either following the sample itinerary or going with your own customized one. Typically, you will visit The Bund, see the amazing city landmarks along the Huangpu river such as pearl TV Tower, shanghai tower and world financial center. Stroll down the river and have a close look of the old colonial buildings.
Jade Buddha Temple
Continue the tour to visit beautiful Buddhist temples -Jade buddha temple. Take a stroll at the temple complex with multiple chambers and impressive buddha statues. See the local worshipers and learn the fascinating religion culture from your guide. (Jade buddha temple close at 4:20pm)

5.00This is a great option at the start of your trip for a quick review of some of the prime sightseeing spots in the city. Our guide Snow was great. She gave us many options and suggestions for customizing the tour to our liking, and has a wealth of knowledge on the city and its' history and culture. Highly recommended.

5.00We had a three hour tour with Snow and her courteous driver and we had a fantastic time! Snow was very knowledgeable about the city and took us to the best eats and shops (have her take you to the 1 star Michelin dumpling shop). The large van was spacious and comfortable and the chairs had massage machines built into them. She took us to the French Concession which we thoroughly enjoyed but the highlight for us was the Yu Garden with the magnificent light displays celebrating the Lunar New Year! We highly recommend Snow for your private tour of Shanghai!!!

5.00The Guide and the driver were excellent. We visited the Segments of Old Shanghai , with history. We visited then Bund and Jade Buddha. Was very beautiful . Got many amazing pictures. We were in constant contact with tour company from the time of tour confirmation via WhatsApp. The guide was waiting in the lobby for pickup to our hotel and the tour was very coordinated in terms of drop off and pickup. 5.00This was a great experience. We highly recommend this tour! The tour operator, Alana, provided very timely communication and excellent follow-ups to ensure everything was great. It was indeed. Snow, our tour guide, did an excellent job, same as our driver in a very nice car. We had just 4 free hours in Shanghai prior to our flight back to the USA. We went to the Jade temple, the Yuan gardens and the French Concession. In all of them, Snow gave us very nice insights, historic explanations and super friendly commentary. She was great, very professional and friendly. My wife and I really enjoyed this private tour and if we have the opportunity to get back to Shanghai, we'll look for Alana and Snow again!
