  My husband and I Taylor had an absolutely fantastic experience with Juan Carlos from Juan Carlos Travel during our City Tour and ATV Jungle Adventure in the Dominican Republic! From the moment we met him, Juan Carlos was professional, polite, and made us feel incredibly welcome. He guided us through the city with great knowledge and enthusiasm, showing us the best spots and sharing interesting stories along the way. The ATV Jungle Adventure was an absolute blast, and Juan Carlos made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. His warm personality and dedication to giving us an unforgettable time truly made this excursion stand out. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was the beautiful magnet gift he gave us—a picture of Puerto Plata with his company logo. It’s now proudly displayed on our fridge alongside our family magnets and other cherished memories, reminding us of the great time we had.   Juan Carlos was in constant communication with us before we got to port. It was just me and my husband. He took us to an ATV experience that was so much fun! Juan Carlos also gave us information about all the areas we went through and history of the island in the transport to and from the ATV. We had 3 guides that took us around on the ATVs and it was so much fun! Highly recommend booking this tour

  Juan Carlos was our tour guide and picked us up right on time. He took us to the Damajagua Falls which if you love hiking and nature what a beautiful experience. The hick is strenuous so it’s not for the faint of heart but if this is up your alley I highly recommend for you to book. The natural slides and jumps were awesome. We had an amazing time. He connected us with a photographer which captured the amazing memories. Then we went to have lunch which I didn’t know it was included and the food was delish. He brought us an avocado to taste that was to die for. The service was phenomenal. Our adventure continued when he took us to a different part of town where we went on the atc. We rode through beaches, town and other paths which were great. Our sons had a phenomenal time. At the end we arrive at a beach which we are able to go in and you.can see the mountains. This tour was exactly what we wanted adventurous while experiencing the beautiful nature of this country. But Juan Carlos made sure we were on time back to the ship and the details of listening to what our sons wanted is was makes it even more memorable. They wanted to try Dominican beer which he didn’t have and on the way back to the ship without us knowing stopped and got it for them. A+ service if this is the kind of tour you enjoy I highly recommend. ❤️

  We took the Damajunga, Zipline, and ATV excursion. Juan took care of my family and myself, always made sure we were hydrated and ready for the next experience, had AC on max which was amazing. Also Augusto our trail guide took care of us when we were out. He was an awesome trail guide who made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. We had a moment where my mother was feeling dizzy from the hike and Agusto immediately took action and made sure my mother was feeling better. He provided water and sugar candy to help. Especially in the canyoneering swimming part made sure our whole group was safe and took care of anyone who couldn't swim. Truly an amazing experience would definitely do it again with Augusto. Juan also made sure our belongings were safe and sound. Both are very nice men and 100% trustworthy. Juan also drove safely during the thunderstorm. It got pretty hectic but Juan made sure we got to our destination early and safe. We also had a bit of time to stop by a local sugarcane store to grab a quick drink before going back to the port. Awesome people and guides. Would recommend 100%.

  My family had a wonderful time 4-wheeling through the trees, rivers, mud, and beach of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic while on our cruise. Juan Carlos picked us up at the port and took us to the business' location. He helped us get our gear and stayed and waited with our personal belongings while we were gone riding. The ride was fun and not difficult. There were some muddy areas, but not too bad. Halfway through the ride we stopped in a small village where the locals showed us how they make the local coffee. alcoholic, and chocolate drinks and gave everyone samples. There are souvenir shops there as well. This was the only time during the excursion that felt strange, like a tourist trap, but you are not obligated to purchase anything. We then rode to the beach and stopped for some pictures. They video record and take pictures during the entire ride. You can purchase a package with the video and pictures, which we did and are glad that we did. After we returned to the ATV business' location, Juan Carlos was there to take us back to the cruise ship. We had a great conversation with him and learned about his family. • Damajagua Zip and Swim

  We wanted a zip line experience in the Dominican and this trip was extremely well organized and you felt safe. The tour guides took you up a mountainous walk to get to the zip line. Being a rainy day, it was muddy and rocky, but everyone had a great time. The zip lines were short shots to platforms and the waterway swim was fun going down smooth rocky slides. It was a great experience which included a fine lunch. Being active is a plus for this trip. I want to thank our tour organizer and driver Juan Carlos who was exceptional in the planning of our day.

  Juan Carlos was excellent, very helpful and made us feel very comfortable at all times. Excellent excursion, my husband and I loved it, and we hope to return soon and do it with our entire family. Juan Carlos picked us up where we were staying in a new, air-conditioned bus. Very punctual and with excellent communication. I recommend it 100 percent. We did a zip line first, very fun, then the puddles of Damajagua, which was my favorite. Excellent, and especially because I was a little afraid because I don't swim very well, but it was very fun and very safe, always wearing a life jacket and a protective helmet.   This excursion exceeded expectations with its safety, punctuality, and the professionalism of tour guide Juan Carlos. He provided the exact tour at a half the cost of the cruise lines.   Planned a family get away. It was a fabulous time. Money well spent on all the adventures. I would 100% recommend this for anyone looking for some fun activities and a rush. Especially for the ATV it was my favorite part. Do no hesitate to book for the next trip.
