This interactive cooking and dining experience is a delightful way to:

What To Expect
Begin your experience inside a true Panamanian home kitchen, where authentic flavors, stories, and hands-on cooking come together. Meet your instructor and a small group to begin your Panamanian culinary adventure. No experience is necessary, and you're bound to learn something new about Panamanian cooking and culture, whether you're a novice or an expert chef. Your group will create several traditional Panamanian dishes such as Pico de Gallo and Fish Ceviche, plus several appetizers and the classic Panamanian mojito. Listen as your instructor guides you through each step of the process, taking notes if you like. Most of the ingredients used in these dishes can be found all over the world, so you'll be able to recreate them at home. Once everything is ready, gather around the table to enjoy the full meal you created, share stories with your host, and toast with a homemade mojito. You’ll leave not just with recipes, but with skills, memories, and connections most travelers never experience.

5.00The cooking class was simply top and definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Panama. From the beginning the atmosphere was super relaxed, warm and fun – you immediately felt welcome. We had a lot of fun, laughed an incredible amount and learned a lot. The dishes were typically Panamanian, authentic and excellently explained. You can tell that the cooking here is passionate and that the local ingredients and traditions are taken seriously – without being dry or boring. Tastewise, everything was really good, fresh, spicy and absolutely delicious. In the end not only full, but also happy 😊 The mix of cooking, learning, tasting and good vibes was especially beautiful – it felt more like cooking with friends than a class. For those who not only want to see Panama, but also want to taste and experience: This cooking class is an absolute must. Clear recommendation!

5.00Chef Willie was amazing! My friend Rachel and I had so much fun and the food was incredible. Chef Willie was hilarious and the people we cooked with were so fun. We cooked with 8 others, but we all we able to get our own time to cook. 1000% worth the price and we would do this again in a heartbeat.
