Our driver, Ingr, was a professional calm in the hectic Indian traffic and a pleasure to spend time with. Our three tour guides for each city were super knowledgeable with historical facts as well as sharing insights for each city. We are so glad to have used this tour for our trip to India. Best decision!

Crystal India Tour was a good company with a well-planned and detailed itinerary. A special mention goes to our driver, Bobby, who was honestly the highlight of the entire trip. He knew everything about the routes and locations, handled the crazy traffic with excellence, and always made sure we had enough time and freedom at each stop. He was professional, friendly, and truly excellent. One recommendation: do not go shopping with the guides. It’s better to do some homework beforehand and shop on your own, you’ll find things much cheaper that way. The tour guides were good overall, and most of them were knowledgeable and helpful. Also have to mention that Fatehpur Sikri with our guide Ahmed—an absolutely must-visit place which was not included initially in our trip, though you do have to deal with some local hawkers around the site. Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour, and I would recommend Crystal India Tour, especially if you get a driver like Bobby.

Crystal travel is a good company you can trust. Amit responds to questions quickly and accordingly. And they send good driver (one) and guides (in each city). Day1 in Delhi and Day4 in Jaipur. Day2&3 are half day on the road. In particular, the driver reminded us about foggy weather in winter for not seeing Taj clearly. So we changed sunrise to sunset(about). We chose 5-star hotels, and we got Novotel in Delhi, Jaypee in Agra, holiday inn@Jaipur city center. Food for breakfast at hotels are fine, just not fancy. Tipping in local currency accordingly. Airport exchange rate is very poor, avoid it if possible. First time visit in India, a very good and short trip! Thanks Crystal!

Recommended experience 100x100. The very polite and professional driver has taken care of us and our well-being throughout the trip. You can see he's an experienced driver. We've felt very safe with him. The previous deal with the agency also very well, they have answered my doubts always diligently. The guides in the different places also very well, especially the guide of Agra, a 10. The hotels are also very good. The truth is that it has exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone. They accompany you at all times, advise you above all and adapt to your desires.

This tour was simply amazing and great value. The tour was a great introduction to India and showcased the highlights of each of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Our driver Jarnail’s ability to negotiate the chaotic traffic at all times was first class. Our car was spacious, air conditioned and very suitable for touring. We had a separate guide for each city, with a special mention for Varum in Delhi. Our other guides in Agra (Manesh) and Jaipur (Vicky) were also good. We chose the 5 star accommodation option which was an excellent decision. Each motel was first class with very good breakfast choices. Lunch was usually mid afternoon at higher quality , trusted restaurants and we never felt the need to order an evening meal. Would recommend allowing circa IDR 15,000-20,000 per couple in cash to cover costs for entry into most monuments and for gratuities for guides and your driver. Emeals, snacks and beverages. Note the maximum cash withdrawal from ATMs was IDR 20,000. Smaller notes (IDR 50-100) were required for some toilets (always carry some toilet paper just in case). Meals at restaurants could be covered on a credit/debit card and cost between IDR 2,500 to IDR 3,500 per couple, depending on food and beverage choices. Highly recommended overall.

The best way to visit the must-see sights of India, though after this you definitely want to come back and see more! Our guide in Delhi, Pinki, was friendly and fun. In Agra, our guide Manoj knew all about the histories of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and could tell many more. Mahendra, who guided us in Jaipur could answer all our questions about Jaipur, even the ones we didn't know to ask. Final shout-out to our driver, Subhash, who was very patient with us, and even helped recover a wallet that we forgot! The tour is quite dense, as there a lot of things to see, so not everything can be visited for very long. However the guides are very flexible about skipping or adding destinations.
