My wife and I completed an 8 day tour of Tigers, Taj Mahal, and Places. The tour description indicates the tour originating out of Cochin, but when I communicated with Shakul Garp, of Pacific Classsic Tours of India, he quickly modified our trip departing from Chennai and including additional activities that I had requested. The trip was flawless with prompt pick-ups and drop offs and the scheduled sites and events were beyond amazing. The service was excellent. Our tour guide was Mahesh and are driver was DJ, two of the most hard working and kind people one could ever meet. Both men went out of their way to make our trip special (and safe) focusing on every detail to make us comfortable and welcomed. Below is a picture with our tour guide Mahesh. Please request their services in the future, you can not go wrong.

Vijay was very knowledgeable regarding the Agra Fort and Taj Mahal!!! We had a misunderstanding about amount of travel times required between cities. When we couldn’t do a 2nd Tiger safari we were very disappointed but Vijay worked with his company and came back to us offering an elephant experience. We agreed to that and it was FANTASTIC! All participants thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide in Jaipur, Gaurav, was perfect for the tours in Jaipur areas! Above all, our driver, Basant was very experienced and provided us with a safe and exciting journey between cities and among the tuk-tuks, motor bikes, lorries, pedestrians, cows, goats, camels, horses, and snake charmers! He was amazing. Would highly recommend this company for custom India tours however I suggest the tour descriptions more realistically reflect actual travel times.

From the minute we were met at our cruise ship port until we were dropped off at airport in Jaipur, every mile was fabulous! Our van driver and tour guide were outstanding. The highlights kept coming around each corner, in each village, at every photo stop and in every temple and mosque. I encourage everyone who is interested in visiting India to use Pacific Classic Tours!

From first to last this was a wonderful trip. Shakul did a great job of making our plans for us and was easy to contact and communicate with, and all the plans worked out perfectly. Then while we were there, Rajni, our guide did an excellent job of telling us more information than we needed, and taking us to more places than we had planned on. He was always helpful, friendly and informative kind and became our good friend. Arif, our driver was excellent and although we had hair-raising experiences in that Indian traffic, we came to trust him implicitly, and he didn’t let us down. it was a fabulous trip and we saw everything we wanted to and more. I would highly recommend the trip.

Fabulous trip of the Golden Triangle in India. We packed a ton into our days there. Dillip Singh was our guide and took excellent care of our group of 8. He is very knowledgeable, and passionate about the country and extremely helpful. Sanjay our driver was a whiz at navigating tricky streets and also very kind and helpful. The Taj Mahal a dream come true and a huge highlight was seeing tigers in a natural environment . We loved our time here and would recommend this tour

Pacific Classic Tours worked to curate an outstanding itinerary for us. Accommodations and our travel van were top notch. Our tour guide, Prashant, however, made the trip. We were a group of 10 with varied interests. Our tour company had a put together a well thought out itinerary, yet Prashant was flexible and really good at reading group needs. He displayed exceptional knowledge on a wide range of subjects, from history to culture and social issues. Additionally, he had a great personality and sense of humor and was always keen to help with bags and assist with the little things before we even asked. My husband and I have traveled throughout the world and have had many tour guides. Prashant was among the very best. I would encourage anyone traveling in India to request him by name.

We had a fantastic time touring India with our guide and handler Prasant. His knowledge and cadence of information provided to us in context was educational And enjoyable whether it’s at the site or during our bus ride. He handled the logistics to perfection making sure we are all safe And comfortable. I had a tiny mishap during a Hindu temple visit and he was by my side the whole time to get me through. Thank you sooo much Prasant Singh

We booked this tour as part of a 3 month world cruise. This overland tour was by far the highlight of the trip. Prashant was a knowledgeable guide that shared his insights on the places visited and had encyclopedic information regarding history and dates. Our driver Pradeep was excellent and was timely and safe.

Want an amazing week we had in India, it was all made possible by our amazing tour guide Ashok Sherma and our wonderful driver Jewan Jewan did wonders transporting us through crazy streets in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and at the visit to the Tiger reserve. It sure how he didn’t hit one of the thousand cows/biulls or the zillion Mopeds. He always found the best stops for us to get spectacular pictures Our days were filled with amazing sites and Ashok was so knowledgeable about the areas we visited. The highlight of the week was when we visited Jaipur, Ashok home town. He gleamed with pride as he took around and showed off his wonderful city. We capped off our day with a visit to his block printing shop and a visit with his wonderful family. It was an honor and privilege to meet with wife, mother and sons. We can’t thank Ashok enough for creating such an amazing experience for us, he will definitely be missed.

We had an awesome tour of Agra, Ranthambhore, and Jaipur. Our driver, Basant, handled all that India could throw at him with steely nerves, good brakes, a good horn, and lots of good luck! Not cows, camels, elephants, tuk tuks, scooter, or buses phased him in the least! Great driving. Our tour guide was with us the whole 5 days and started with a traditional greeting with leis made of marigolds. Vijay had the deepest knowledge of the history of the Agra region and the Taj Mahal. He shared his passionate knowledge with us and we learned so much of the design, build, and long standing memorial of love the Taj Mahal represents. We then moved to Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve area and had one of two scheduled safaris. Everyone got to see at least one of these beautiful, elusive creatures. It was a wonderful activity that gave us a chance to see some of India's treasures, the Bengal Tiger. Due to a snafu with our second safari, Vijay and PCTI worked to find an alternative activity and they scheduled a great interactive activity with elephants at Elefantastic in Jaipur. We had so much fun petting, feeding, hosing down the elephants and finally strolling around the village with them. In Jaipur, we received a local expert guide, Gaurav, and he showed us his passion for all things in the Pink City. It truly made our experience richer to learn the history of the kings of that region in Rajasthan. We saw the Water Palace, Nahargarh Fort at sunset, Amber Fort, Panna Meena ka Kund, Palace of the Winds, and Jantar Mantar. All in all, it was a spectacular adventure, especially driving around the towns, villages and cities. We have a new appreciation for the rich history of northern India. Thank you PCTI!
