On the first day, you’ll depart from Arusha after breakfast and head to Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive of about two hours. Upon arrival, you'll embark on an exciting game drive, exploring the park’s vast landscapes filled with ancient baobab trees and spotting herds of elephants, zebras, and giraffes. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the wildlife before continuing your safari adventure in the afternoon. As the day comes to a close, you'll head to your lodge, where you'll relax and enjoy the sounds of the African bush under the stars.

After breakfast, we'll head out from Lake Manyara, with the Great Rift Valley landscape unfolding around us as we travel. The road offers stunning vistas, and along the way, keep an eye out for wildlife sightings—herds of wildebeest, giraffes, and maybe even a few curious gazelles. As we approach the Serengeti, the landscape transitions into the vast, endless plains that the park is known for. The Serengeti’s expansive savannah is a living theater of nature, where the cycle of life unfolds before your eyes. Upon arrival, we’ll begin a game drive, diving into the heart of the Serengeti to spot the park's famous wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and more. 5.00There are many options for Safaris in Tanzania but we are so grateful we chose Suricata Safaris. Our Safari guides were amazing. Rasta was our Tanzanian David Attenborough and Freddy made sure to entertain us with interesting facts about all the animals we encountered throughout our time with him. The food was healthy and home made and tasted absolutely delicious. At no point were we left wanting more of anything. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would.

5.00Amiri was an incredible guide who truly made our safari experience. He is professional, genuine, and hilarious once you get to know him. His animal spotting skills are fabulous, and because of him we were able to spot so many animals (including a rare leopard walking right beside out jeep!). He was very intentional about where he positioned the vehicle so that we could get good pictures. While our other guide on the last was also good, Amiri was above and beyond. His attentiveness and deep knowledge made our safari truly unforgettable. I’d recommend him every time.

He was always quick to respond, clear, and helpful, ensuring we chose the perfect package for our trip. Upon arriving in Tanzania, the warm welcome at the airport and meeting Mr. T immediately made us feel taken care of. When our luggage didn’t arrive on time, the whole team went above and beyond, assisting us with communication, guidance, and even transporting us to the airport to collect our bags. We are so grateful for their support! The safari itself was simply amazing. Every detail – the vehicle, accommodations, meals, and overall organization – was top-notch. Our guide, Golden, was incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, he shared his expertise on wildlife, nature, and local culture, always making sure we had the best possible experience and views of the animals. 5.00We had a great experience with Suricata. The accomodations were nice, food was very good and our guide Freddy was literally the best:D Although the weather wasnˋt perfect for Safari we managed to see a lot of animals. The group size of 5-6 people in the car was good and we experienced a good atmosphere everywhere. A 5 day trip was definitely enough for us but at the end we wished we could stay longer.

He was also very attentive, making the entire tour enjoyable. The accommodations provided before and after the tour, as well as the pick-up and drop-off service, were also excellent.

5.00We have just returned from an extraordinary trip with Suricata Safaris, and we couldn't be happier. The organization was top-notch from start to finish. My main contact was Jesca, who was absolutely wonderful—always available and incredibly precise with all the information we needed. Our briefer, Obby, was also extremely professional and precise in organizing the logistics, including our airport transfers, ensuring everything ran smoothly. A special mention goes to the Suricata Boma Lodge, which is a perfect place to stay. Beyond the very comfortable rooms, the food was excellent—they were extremely well-prepared for vegan options, which we truly appreciated. The facilities are fantastic, including a beautiful swimming pool and an excellently equipped gym. The highlight of our trip was our guide, Luther. He was truly fantastic! Thanks to his expertise and deep knowledge of the bush, we managed to see all the Big 5 in just a few days. His skill made every game drive a magical experience. If you are looking for a professional and reliable team for your African adventure, I highly recommend Suricata Safaris. Thank you to everyone for making our dream come true!

4.00Super Safari with a super company. We have seen all the animals there were to see, lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, water buffalo. The season was also ideal, as many baby animals were visible. Also the guide Melita was very good (5-star) Not acceptable, however, was the groups composition. We were together with a Russian family, the details I spare here. Unfortunately, this has had a very negative impact on the experience. Wildlife experience 5* Group 0*
