After an early breakfast, transfer to park headquarters for a briefing by rangers. You’ll be assigned a habituated gorilla family and guided deep into the forest. Hike through dense rainforest, bamboo zones, and rugged terrain until you encounter a mountain gorilla family. Observe: Silverback dominance displays, Mothers nursing infants, Juveniles playing in vines, Close-range photography opportunities. This intimate encounter in Bwindi is often described as one of Africa’s most profound wildlife experiences. After lunch at the lodge, depart by road north through Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for tree-climbing lions. Road Transfer to Kyambura: 4 – 5 hours

Morning Chimp Tracking: Descend 100 meters into the gorge with experienced trackers to search for habituated chimpanzees. Possible Encounters: Chimps grooming and feeding, Loud pant-hooting calls echoing through the forest, Black-and-white colobus monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys, Forest elephants (rare sighting). The contrast between savannah above and tropical rainforest below makes this one of Uganda’s most unique chimp tracking experiences. After lunch, drive north toward Kibale through tea plantations and crater lakes. Road Transfer to Kibale Forest: 2 – 3 hours

Kibale is known as the “Primate Capital of the World,” home to 13 primate species. After briefing at Kanyanchu Visitor Center, head into the tropical rainforest for your second chimpanzee tracking adventure. What to Expect: Large chimpanzee communities (over 120 individuals), Close observation of social behavior, Grey-cheeked mangabeys, Red colobus monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkeys, Over 375 bird species including the Great Blue Turaco. Return to lodge for lunch before visiting Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for Papyrus gonolek sightings. Evening relaxation with forest views and optional spa treatment.

There are no activities as it the final day for this tour hence a return flight from Kasese to Entebbe. After breakfast, transfer to Kasese Airstrip for your domestic flight back to Entebbe.
