Me, my mother and aunt did a 5 night Bhutan tour with keys to Bhutan. Communication with the tour company was via whatsapp and it was mostly okay. They booked the flights and planned the itinerary for us. After an amazing flight landing we were welcomed by our tour guide Mr. Rann singh Rai, a friendly Bhutanese man with a lot of knowledge about his country and its beliefs. He along with our driver Mr. Jimmy drove us to the hotel Timphu tower in Timphu where we spent our first night. There was nothing much to do that day and be ready to tackle the noise from the solar street dogs that howl throughout the night. Next day we went to the Buddha point and then we were taken to Punakha via the Dochula pass. . We stayed at a nice resort in puñakha with an amazing view from our room. Next day we visited punakha dong and the nunnery (can skip) and got back early. Next day we made our way to paro and we spent the rest of that day in that resort which was 10 minutes from the airport. The resort has plenty of fruit trees such as apples, plums, grapes — all free to be plucked. ;) final day we made our way to tigers nest at around 8 am. I made my way to the cliff while my mother and aunt and the guide waited in the base camp. after the nearly 5 hour trek we got back for our final night. In all, the tour was well arranged, food was okayish in Timphu to excellent in paro and we felt that 5 days is enough and more time to see most of the attractions in western Bhutan. We highly recommend Mr Rann singh rai and Mr. jimmy’s company and keystobhutan tour operator if you happen to go to Bhutan.
