1.00They changed our tour date, time, and guide that was originally in Spanish, we accepted everything without problem, to keep our day and time they asked us 300 euros more... we accepted the change, we arrived 10 minutes late because next door there is another dog tour and ponia check point, nowhere Wonderlapland, and instead of doing tour of 5 km they changed it to 2 km, hot drinks and biscuits included absent, and no personal treatment with anyone, everything fast and pass the next. Besides, I booked watching it not be in Santa's village, and just, there it was, I'll try to claim payment, because it's a total scam I wouldn't come back.

1.00We had the activity of huskies booked since July, as far in advance and foresight as possible. The tour has been cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We fully understand that huskies are animals and that they must rest if there are excess tours, but what we cannot understand is the nil capacity for foresight of this company. They have played with the illusion of an 8-year-old girl who has been left without her main activity after months of waiting. At this point it is impossible to find another farm with availability, so the damage is irreparable. Reimbursement of the money does not compensate for our daughter’s sadness or the lack of seriousness of the organization. Very disappointed.
