What To Expect
A 6-line night time zipline tour that will take you through our beautiful 70-acre nature park. You'll catch views of of the surrounding Smoky Mountains as you fly through the air at 50 mph on our ziplines that span up to 2,500 feet long! Each of our lines are fully lit at night.

1.00We booked through Viator and were looking forward to doing the 6-Line Zip at Night Tour. Unfortunately, we arrived no more than 5 minutes late due to traffic and were turned away and told we were supposed to arrive at 6:30 for a 7pm booking. No where on the listing did it say we had to be there 30 minutes before to sign paperwork and do safety training. Their customer service skills need some work as well. If you plan to go make sure you arrive 30 minutes before!

1.00Our reservation was for the 7pm 6-line Zip at Night Tour. We arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic and were turned away and told that we were supposed to arrive at 6:30 to sign paperwork and to learn safety. I have gone back and looked over everything on the Viator posting and have seen nothing about arriving 30 minutes early for the 7pm booking. We’ve reached out for our refund and hoping we can at least get our $140 back. If you’re thinking about going, make sure you show up at 6:30 even though the listing is for 7!

5.00Our tour guys were very friendly and informative. Seamless experience. I especially enjoyed the longer zip lines and the view. We’re only in town for a few days but our next time, we will use the same service.
They wouldn’t answer or respond and will not refund even though we did not get to go on the tour.

5.00This was the best fun and we had such a positive experience! BJ and Jerrod made this experience so great for our group of 9 from 61 to 3, and they made taking cart of us so effortless. From making sure that the 3yo had a great time, that the 5yo who was somewhat scared of heights did great and gave him so much confidence, to me, the Gigi, who was having a hard time braking too much, we all came away with smiles and happy exhaustion! This place has 8 zip lines of varying degrees and they all are full of beautiful views. I don’t think you will find a better price for the value. The package deals seem very good, too. BJ and Jerrod had safety in mind all the time and you can tell they don’t cut any corners in that area. Every employee was gracious and nice. Don’t hesitate to take on your zipline adventure here!

5.00I've ziplined before at another company in Pigeon Forge during the day, but the night time experience was equally as fun. You can't see the landscape at night going through the trees because it's so dark, but I think that made it even more exciting. You are literally jumping into darkness! Our guides were awesome and very knowledgeable so we felt safe jumping off the side of the mountain in the dark going 50mph. I would definitely recommend day ziplining too if you want to view the landscape, but the night zipling was a really exciting experience that I would definitely do again with this company!

5.00The tour was incredible, they added two new lines but that’s not even the best part. The guides made the experience that much more enjoyable (Jacob and Blaise) they were funny, very knowledgeable about each of the lines, they made my girlfriend feel more comfortable about it since it was her first time ever zip lining. Definitely recommend checking it out. We went as the sun was setting and the view was spectacular!!! Thank you again jacob and Blaise hope y’all are our guides next time as well!!!
