Daria, working for Odessytravel helpt me creating a great travelpackage. I spend a week in China on my owm, a couple of days in Lhasa on my own (with a guide) before the group tour started. The service was prompt and friendly and the group tour was amazing. Beyond expectations.

To the Management and Team at Asia Odyssey Travel, On behalf of our entire group, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the wonderful and seamlessly organized tour of China. The entire experience was a testament to your company's commitment to excellence and customer care. We were particularly impressed by our travel consultant, Miss Mandy. Her support was exceptional. She provided constant follow-up across all cities, happily arranged a hotel change for us, and showed immense compassion when one of our members fell ill, supporting us via WeChat until the member was safely back in Saudi Arabia.

It was an excellent trip organized by Asia Odyssey Travel from Beijing to Lhasa and Kathmandu. Very well organized and we enjoyed Tibet and Kathmandu. It was bit unfortunate that our guide in Tibet was not very competent. He couldn't explain very well and always hurrying up. On the other hand, our transfer from Tibet to Kathmandu was organized and coordinated very well despite the bad weather. We had an excellent guide Suresh in Kathmandu, once again he was very competent and spent enough time to explain and show around Kathmandu. Similar we had very good guides Tina and Kimi in Beijing and Xian. Suresh was also very kind to accompany us to the airport. It was an excellent trip organized by Mandy.

Thanks Mandy. Yes, I reached home yesterday (Sep 29th) evening. Left Paro, Bhutan on early morning of Sep 28th to Kathmandu. 10-11 hrs of layover there. Then flew in Qatar airlines from Kathmandu to Chicago with layover at Doha for another 11 hours. Anyways made it home safely. Thanks again for all your help, starting with coming up with the beautiful itinerary, Chinese visa, Tibet permit including delivering it at Bejing airport, Qatar air booking and replying so many questions during the last 4 months period. You came through every time. Also your counter parts Ram Mani at Nepal Tours (the tour guide Bhim & the driver Khatre?) & his Pokhara team and finally your Bhutan team tour guide Julike & the driver Ram everybody did their best. I have nothing but the admiration to all of you. A big thanks to ALL! You have earned 5 stars & I don’t have any reservations to recommend you and your company to the prospective clients. Best wishes.

Our tour started at Jiuzhaigou. The lakes, shoals and waterfalls were truly enchanting. We then enjoyed the pandas in Chengdu. From there, we took the train to Lhasa and were amazed by the views of the great plains and lakes along the way. In Lhasa, the Potala Palace, Sera Monastery and Jokhang Temple allowed us to understand and appreciate the Tibetan culture. The highlight of the trip was spending a night at the base camp of Mt. Everest. There are no words to describe the beauty of the greatest peak viewed early in the morning. I am very happy that we chose Asia Odyssey Travel Service for our private tour. Our sales consultant Nicole and all our guides (Denny in Jiizhaigou, Cece in Chengdu and Norbu in Lhasa) made sure that we traveled in comfort and addressed all concerns we had. The agency also arranged our tour and accommodations in Kathmandu. What made it truly special was having a guide in Tibet who took care of us for a week. Norbu treated us like family. He was very knowledgeable, so caring and thoughtful, a Tibetan at heart. He has become a friend for life! We sincerely thank Asia Odyssey!

This is my first time experience going thru a tour group by communicating with Isaac, my planner from Asia Odyssey Travel, he was friendly, but also very knowledgeable and professional . Everything was properly arranged. My 7 days tour with Phuntsok our guide who is attentive, friendly and helpful by answering all my queries. Driver also very friendly. The trip with a minimum 2 - 3 sight-seeing per day was favorable to me as I was experiencing high altitude issue early of the journey. The group size of 4 people private tour ( recommended 100%) was indeed nice and everyone get along well. I am thankful to Asia Odyssey for having an itinerary that meet my expectation.
