I had an absolutely amazing experience with my tour guide in Xi’an, Carol Chen. She was incredibly knowledgeable and taught me so much about the history, culture, and local traditions throughout the tour. Every explanation was interesting and detailed, and you could really feel her passion for what she does. She also gave me fantastic local recommendations, from food spots to places to explore, which made my trip even more special. On top of that, she was always kind, patient, and ready to help whenever I needed anything. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible experience. Spending time with Carol was one of the highlights of my trip to China, and I’m so grateful for everything she did. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide, and I would highly recommend Carol Chen to anyone visiting Xi’an.

We recently booked a private China tour covering Beijing, Xi’an, Zhangjiajie, and Shanghai, and I wanted to specifically highlight the excellent booking experience we’ve had so far. Our consultant, Emily Xin, has been very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She handled our group’s customization requests with ease and provided clear, timely communication at every step. Her attention to detail and proactive support made the booking process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour company and Emily based on our experience so far. Looking forward to the trip!

We had a fantastic one-day tour of Xi’an, made special by our excellent guide, Carol. She was very knowledgeable and brought to life the city’s historical importance. Xi’an sits at the heart of Chinese civilisation, having served as the capital for multiple dynasties and as the starting point of the Silk Road. We learned an enormous amount throughout the day. The Terracotta Warriors were of course the highlight, absolutely breathtaking and even more impressive than expected. But the rest of the itinerary was equally rewarding: the pagoda, the ancient city wall, and the vibrant Muslim Quarter. Everything was seamlessly organised, with a comfortable private car and a very good driver. The whole day ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy each stop.
