  I had a great experience with ETB Tours. The company is well structured and organized, and everything happened exactly as planned. The agents contacted me all the time and were available to answer questions and arrange additional tours that I decided to take once I was already in Egypt. The drivers and guides were punctual. The guides Victor and Mohamed are very friendly and attentive, and they were able to teach me a lot about the history of Egyptian civilization. The hotels, restaurants, and cruise included in the package were very good. I totally recommend this company.

  First time visiting Egypt with Tour agency. My plans were changed last minute but thankfully to Sarah and Ahmed my holiday was just an unforgettable experience. Never seen tour operators to be so helpful and always one step ahead. As it was my first time for me and my parents in these cities,was feeling a bit anxious about the timing, programme etc but Ahmed and Sarah were always making us feel safe and ready for action at any time of the day. • Travel experience that meets my expectations

  It all started by contacting ETB Tours to book a Nile cruise (3 nights/4 days). Very quickly Asmaa who was my contact, answered me very quickly. She knew how to direct me in my research by offering me the Dahabiya Agatha Christie that we really liked. Throughout our exchanges, which lasted at least 1 1/2 years, she was able to answer all my questions very quickly since I wanted to organize the rest of my trip by myself, including Cairo and Abu Simbel. Finally, as we wanted a private guide and driver, I finally decided to do business with ETB Tours. The service was impeccable from start to finish. For Cairo, Abu Simbel and during the cruise we were in constant communication via Whatsapp with a representative who informed us of the start time of our tour and the minute near the arrival of our driver and guide. Thereafter, the starting times of the day were decided with the guide. Asmaa offered us a bed/lunch package in Abu Simbel that I highly recommend rather than making the round trip in one day from Aswan. (In our case we had flown from Cairo with a land transfer from Abu Simbel the next day). Note that our package in Cairo included the GEM but since it was closed to prepare for the opening, Asmaa quickly gave us other options to compensate for this visit we could not make. Throughout our trip we had different guides depending on the area where we were, some better than others, but overall we had a very good experience. Special thanks to Aminaa who was our guide for 3 days in Cairo. An incredible and very dynamic guide! Our luggage did not follow when we arrived in Cairo and had to go to buy us linen and items of pharmacix. We had explained to her what we needed and she drove us to the places we needed to go while visiting. A big thank you to ETB tour and especially Asmaa for making the trip we made.   We had a very nice private trip to Egypt. Everything was very well organized and I would like to thank ETB for it. The cruise in the Dahabyia was marvelous! The visits to the temples and thumbs were impressive, it was an unforgettable experience. The private guides were very kind, knowledge and speaking good English. By far this trip exceeded our expectations!

  WOW - Great experience and customer care on the Queens Dahabiya. We wanted a quiet personal experience of the Nile having visited Egypt 35 years ago. Exceeded expectations. Had the master cabin with mind blowing panoramic views and private balcony. The crew were attentive, professional and made you feel part of the family. Mohammed, Mustafa, Ahmed were a few of a brilliant crew led by a true Captain of the Nile, Ahmed Badr. They could not do enough for us. 24hr personal service, amazing Nile views and well planned and guided excursions of the temples could not have been better. We avoided the larger cruise boats and often found ourselves visiting the temples almost alone. Excellent value. Would highly recommend. I cant fault anything. Consider ourselves to be very blessed to have had such an amazing and personal adventure. Everyday I felt like a young Howard Carter. We have an terrific photo album, made some amazing friends and cant wait to return. You will not get a better experience of the Egypt or the Nile than with this team. Thanks also to ETB Tours Egypt (Hani and Sherif etc) who made it all possible, without them we would not have secured such a great boat.   We had an absolutely amazing experience with Sameh as our tour guide in Egypt. He’s incredibly kind, polite, and a true gentleman. What I appreciated most was his flexibility — he adapted everything perfectly to our level of energy, interests, and priorities throughout the trip. The organization with the driver was impeccable: every time we finished a visit or were ready to leave, the car was already waiting for us with the air conditioning on and the door being opened for us. Sameh made every visit fascinating. The way he shares Egypt’s history is so engaging that you can’t help but become passionate about it too. Even though the visits can be tough because of the early mornings, the heat, and the crowds, Sameh makes everything feel enjoyable and effortless. I couldn’t recommend him more — Sameh truly made our trip unforgettable!

  It was a wonderful experience at Nile Cross. I thank all of the organizers, especially Mr. Honey and Ms. Sarah for their kind treatment with us. They were with us from the start to the end of the trip, without forgetting the tour guides who accompanied us. They were very professional and we used valuable information about the Egyptian civilization once.
