  My experience with ETB company was really very good they were very nice,helpful and carring about our journey details from day zero and they used to check every single detail with us ,totally every thing was very good .   If you are planning to visit Egypt, I highly recommend using ETB Tours. The reasons are that before the visit, Nayra promptly answered my questions by email and helped ease my concerns, and during the visit, the representative, Ahmed, regularly checked in with me via WhatsApp to make sure everything was okay. And all of the tour guides they arranged were absolutely wonderful. I would like to share how wonderful each guide was, so please use this as a reference. １．Mr. Mohsen, who guided us at the Philae Temple in Aswan, was a very kind person. Unlike some guides who might take guests to souvenir shops without asking, he clearly told us, “This is just a suggestion, and if you don’t want to go, you don’t have to.” Thank you so much! ２．Mr. Bishoy, who guided us at the Abu Simbel Temples, was also excellent. His explanations of the temples were fantastic, and he showed us many great photo spots as well. Thank you for your efforts early in the morning! ３．Mr. Esam, who guided us at the Kom Ombo Temple, was a professor and yet kindly served as our guide. While skillfully avoiding crowds, he efficiently showed us the highlights with clear and easy-to-understand explanations that truly moved us. He even gave us a guide map as a gift! (By the way, I am not Chinese 😊) ４．Mr. Emad, who guided us at the Temple of Horus, also led us through secret passageways to avoid the crowds. His explanations of the temple were humorous and very easy to understand. (It’s tough having wives who are lions, isn’t it? 😅) ５．Finally, Miss Magda, who guided us in Cairo, was an absolutely wonderful person as well! We are truly grateful that she took on guiding us from the morning of the day we returned to Cairo by overnight train.   I had a great experience with ETB Tours. The company is well structured and organized, and everything happened exactly as planned. The agents contacted me all the time and were available to answer questions and arrange additional tours that I decided to take once I was already in Egypt. The drivers and guides were punctual. The guides Victor and Mohamed are very friendly and attentive, and they were able to teach me a lot about the history of Egyptian civilization. The hotels, restaurants, and cruise included in the package were very good. I totally recommend this company.

  First time visiting Egypt with Tour agency. My plans were changed last minute but thankfully to Sarah and Ahmed my holiday was just an unforgettable experience. Never seen tour operators to be so helpful and always one step ahead. As it was my first time for me and my parents in these cities,was feeling a bit anxious about the timing, programme etc but Ahmed and Sarah were always making us feel safe and ready for action at any time of the day.   It all started by contacting ETB Tours to book a Nile cruise (3 nights/4 days). Very quickly Asmaa who was my contact, answered me very quickly. She knew how to direct me in my research by offering me the Dahabiya Agatha Christie that we really liked. Throughout our exchanges, which lasted at least 1 1/2 years, she was able to answer all my questions very quickly since I wanted to organize the rest of my trip by myself, including Cairo and Abu Simbel. Finally, as we wanted a private guide and driver, I finally decided to do business with ETB Tours. The service was impeccable from start to finish. For Cairo, Abu Simbel and during the cruise we were in constant communication via Whatsapp with a representative who informed us of the start time of our tour and the minute near the arrival of our driver and guide. Thereafter, the starting times of the day were decided with the guide. Asmaa offered us a bed/lunch package in Abu Simbel that I highly recommend rather than making the round trip in one day from Aswan. (In our case we had flown from Cairo with a land transfer from Abu Simbel the next day). Note that our package in Cairo included the GEM but since it was closed to prepare for the opening, Asmaa quickly gave us other options to compensate for this visit we could not make. Throughout our trip we had different guides depending on the area where we were, some better than others, but overall we had a very good experience. Special thanks to Aminaa who was our guide for 3 days in Cairo. An incredible and very dynamic guide! Our luggage did not follow when we arrived in Cairo and had to go to buy us linen and items of pharmacix. We had explained to her what we needed and she drove us to the places we needed to go while visiting. A big thank you to ETB tour and especially Asmaa for making the trip we made. I highly recommend the company without any hesitation

  The care we received from the agency through its Asmaa Consultant was impeccable. He guided us and advised us perfectly to get the best tour at the best possible price, as well as always being attentive to our needs. We were very grateful to her and the agency in general (ALL WERE VERY KIND).

  We had a very nice private trip to Egypt. Everything was very well organized and I would like to thank ETB for it. The cruise in the Dahabyia was marvelous! The visits to the temples and thumbs were impressive, it was an unforgettable experience. The private guides were very kind, knowledge and speaking good English. By far this trip exceeded our expectations!
