  The ETB was impeccable. The company has proven to be very well structured, flexible and fair $$. We have requested and were served in various requests for hotel and cruise ship exchange, as well as the inclusion of tourist attractions. The guides were very friendly and were very well prepared, knew the archaeological sites deeply and spoke Portuguese fluently.

  The company is very helpful and friendly, always answering your questions. They have prices that fit your budget and they really care about you! Plus, the staff speaks many languages, so the tours at each temple and monument were explained in our languages!   The organization was very good ! Everything was on time and reliable! We had good and fantastic guides who showed us their country and culture in a memorable way! In particular the one who picked us up at Assuan airport for the Dam, the one for Kom Ombo and the guide who explained everything about Edfu, he was amazing and such fun!! ( his name was Maeb!! Thank you for that memorable journey

  An unforgettable Nile cruise aboard a magnificent dahabiya with only six cabins. High quality accommodation and cuisine, competent staff, welcoming and with little care. Well balanced tour between relaxation and visits, proposed and organized by ETB, very professional and attentive, certainly exclusively by whatsapp or email, but always very responsive and effective.   An amazing experience. Agency with excellent and timely guides. In case of any doubt before the trip we were immediately attended. I read in the reviews of other agencies that promise you a cruise and when you arrive it is another. ETB gave us four cruise options with different prices and provided us with photos to choose from. When we arrived it was the same one we chose. We asked private guides in Spanish for the four of us since we landed in Cairo a guide and a driver accompanied us inside the airport to do the visa procedures and dropped us off at the hotel. Then for the next seven days we were accompanied by a guide even during the cruise. A luxury!! He respected our times and desires. Both the Cairo guide and the super attentive cruise ship. There is more that we leave tips never asked or demanded anything!! On no excursion did they try to sell us anything. If we asked him that we wanted to buy a specific item just there they offered us the best options. They are 100% recommended. The trip was a pleasure!!   My experience with ETB company was really very good they were very nice,helpful and carring about our journey details from day zero and they used to check every single detail with us ,totally every thing was very good .   If you are planning to visit Egypt, I highly recommend using ETB Tours. The reasons are that before the visit, Nayra promptly answered my questions by email and helped ease my concerns, and during the visit, the representative, Ahmed, regularly checked in with me via WhatsApp to make sure everything was okay. And all of the tour guides they arranged were absolutely wonderful. I would like to share how wonderful each guide was, so please use this as a reference. １．Mr. Mohsen, who guided us at the Philae Temple in Aswan, was a very kind person. Unlike some guides who might take guests to souvenir shops without asking, he clearly told us, “This is just a suggestion, and if you don’t want to go, you don’t have to.” Thank you so much! ２．Mr. Bishoy, who guided us at the Abu Simbel Temples, was also excellent. His explanations of the temples were fantastic, and he showed us many great photo spots as well. Thank you for your efforts early in the morning! ３．Mr. Esam, who guided us at the Kom Ombo Temple, was a professor and yet kindly served as our guide. While skillfully avoiding crowds, he efficiently showed us the highlights with clear and easy-to-understand explanations that truly moved us. He even gave us a guide map as a gift! (By the way, I am not Chinese 😊) ４．Mr. Emad, who guided us at the Temple of Horus, also led us through secret passageways to avoid the crowds. His explanations of the temple were humorous and very easy to understand. (It’s tough having wives who are lions, isn’t it? 😅) ５．Finally, Miss Magda, who guided us in Cairo, was an absolutely wonderful person as well! We are truly grateful that she took on guiding us from the morning of the day we returned to Cairo by overnight train.
