  I really can't recommend the 8 day Lemosho route with Burigi Chato Safaris enough if your looking to actually enjoy your climb instead of just suffering the whole time. The 8 day schedule is a total game changer because it gives you that extra time to get used to the thin air. We spent the first few days hiking through the beautiful rainforest (saw some Colobus monkeys!) and then onto the Shira Plateau which has the most insane views of Kibo. Because the hike is spread over 8 days, the daily distances dont feel too crazy, so you actually have energy to hang out in the mess tent and talk to your group instead of just collapsing in your sleeping bag. Hiking Kilimanjaro is way more mental than I thought, but the Burigi Chato crew makes it so much easier. The guides are constantly checking on you and the porters are like magic—they literally run up the mountain with all the gear and still have enough energy to sing and dance when you get to camp. The Barranco Wall was probably my favorite part, it looks like a vertical cliff from far away but its actually just a fun scramble and the view from the top is worth every bit of sweat. Summit night is still a blur because it was so cold and dark, but reaching Uhuru Peak at sunrise was the most emotional thing ever. If your worried about the altitude, definitely go with the 8 day option, it makes the success rate way higher and the scenery on Lemosho is definitely the best on the mountain. Just make sure you bring good broken-in boots and lots of layers for the summit!

  We joined the 8-day Kilimanjaro group climb via the Lemosho Route with Burigi Chato Safaris and had a great experience. Everything was well organised from start to finish, and the pace of the itinerary worked really well for acclimatisation. The guides were professional, experienced, and supportive throughout the climb, especially on summit night. Safety was clearly a priority, with regular health checks and steady guidance. The porters and camp crew were hardworking and friendly, and the meals were consistently good, even at higher altitude. Reaching Uhuru Peak at sunrise was an unforgettable highlight and a credit to the whole team’s effort. We would happily recommend Burigi Chato Safaris to anyone planning a Kilimanjaro climb via the Lemosho Route.

  I just got back from the 8 day lemosho route group climb with burigi chato safaris and it was an absolutely unreal experience from start to finish. we had a group of 10 people which i thought might be too many at first but it actually turned out to be the perfect size because there was always someone to talk to or motivate you when the hiking got tough. our guides from burigi chato were so professional and they really knew how to manage a larger group making sure no one was left behind and constantly checking on our health with pulse oximeters every night. the lemosho route itself is beautiful and because we had 8 days the pace felt very manageable which definitely helped with the altitude. the campsites were always set up by the time we arrived and the food was way better than i expected for being in the middle of a mountain—we had hot soup at every meal and plenty of tea and snacks. one of the highlights was definitely the barranco wall where the whole group of 10 helped each other through the trickier parts which really built up our team spirit before the big summit night. summit night was incredibly hard and cold but the burigi chato team was there with hot ginger tea at the stops and singing songs to keep our energy up. reaching uhuru peak with all 10 of my new friends was a moment i will never forget. there were a few minor hiccups with some gear being a bit dusty and the long drives to the gate but honestly the quality of the guiding and the vibe of the group made those things not matter at all. i would recommend going with burigi chato if you want a reliable team that actually cares about getting you to the top safely.

  "I was worried about the climb, but the 8-day itinerary on the lemosho route is simply genius for acclimatization. The climb high sleep low day at lava tower was a key and overall gradually ascent meant I had minimal issues with altitude sickness. The Barranco to karanga leg was short, giving us much needed rest before the final push to Barafu.morr thanks to Burigo Chato Safaris team for making the trek achievable it's astonishing for me to remember names but due to strong team made possible.I would recommend for a budget friendly option that doesn't compromise on safety or quality of the climb crew just look for Burigi Chato Safaris thanks....

  "OMG, I just climbed Kilimanjaro with an 8-day Lemosho Route group tour, and I'm still on cloud nine! The scenery was MIND BLOWING - from lush rainforests to icy glaciers. Our guides, from Burigi Chato Safaris were absolute legends, pushing us to the summit with their infectious energy and expertise. The group vibes were EVERYTHING! We had people from all over the world, and we became a little Kilimanjaro family. The food? Surprisingly DELICIOUS, even at 4,000 meters! I'd recommend this tour to anyone chasing the roof of Africa. The Lemosho Route is a game-changer-it's scenic, gradual, and has awasome accommodation. If you're thinking of doing this, GO FOR IT! With Burigi Chato Safaris team you won't regret it.

  The 8 day lemosho route was probably the greatest travel experience i have had! Right the way I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with group of 8 people on our Kilimanjaro trek via lemosho route!!The trail was scenic,especially above the forest zone.It wasn't easy,but the gradual schedule helped a lot.The guides were calm and attentive,particularly during summit day.I'm glad i chose the longer itinerary with Burigi chato safaris

  I joined an 8-day group tour on the Lesotho route to climb Mount kilimanjaro and it was truly unforgettable experience. From the first day the organisation was excellent and the group dynamic was great. The guides from Burigi chato safaris was professional and always focused on our safety. The porters and cooked an amazing job meals was surprisingly. The extra days really helped with acclimatisation through out the climb .I would highly recommend 8 day Lemosho route with Burigi chato safaris....

  8 days group joining tour was unforgettable experience ever gained, this experience shared with exceptional guides from Burigi chato safaris. i attracted by a scenic view of mount kilimanjaro although the hike was a bitle challenging due to weather conditon but aid was quickly responded by our guides. Burigi chato safaris would be my first priority next time due to affordable pricing yet unforgettable experience
