Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation after you confirmed the tour, cancellation fee might be applied as below
Prior 30 days of arrival : un-refund deposit due to we will lose deposit with other suppliers/ service’s providers
From 29 to 15 days’ prior arrival : 50% tour fare
From 14 to 07 days’ prior arrival : 75% tour fare
From 07 to 02 days’ prior arrival : 90% tour fare
48 hours before arrival : 100% tour fare
(Note: Cancellation fee might be changed depends on High Season such as New Year Eve, Lunar New Year, Christmas…)
