Pashupatinath Temple
Pashupatinath Temple, another significant religious site in Kathmandu, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979. It is located on the banks of the Bagmati River and is dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the principal deities in Hinduism. The temple is not only a religious site but also an important pilgrimage destination for Hindus from Nepal, India, and beyond. It is believed that a visit to Pashupatinath and offering prayers here can cleanse one's sins and lead to spiritual liberation. The temple complex is set against the backdrop of lush greenery and the serene Bagmati River, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city and offering picturesque views for visitors. Just 5 mins away from the airport, Pashupatinath can be visited once you arrive to Kathmandu or after check in at your hotel.
Swoyambhu Mahachaitya
Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, is one of the oldest and most important sacred Buddhist site located on a hill in Kathmandu. It was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979. The stupa's name, Swayambhunath, means "self-existent one" in Sanskrit, indicating its ancient origins.

From day one, the team showed professionalism and warmth — very friendly and knowledgeable guides, always attentive to every detail. The tour was impressive, with spectacular scenery, authentic villages and impeccable organization. Everything was well coordinated, from transportation to accommodation. I felt safe, accompanied and very well looked after throughout the trip. If you are looking for an authentic adventure in Nepal, Mountain Tiger Nepal is definitely the best option. 5.00Just got back from the Langtang and Gosaikunda trek with Mountain Tiger Nepal, and honestly, it was such an awesome experience. Our guide was super chill, helpful, and really knew the trails inside out. Everything went smoothly, good planning, comfy teahouses, and amazing views the whole way. The team took great care of us and made the trip feel easy and fun. Would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about trekking in Nepal!

5.00It was amazing time travelling to Nepal for the second time with Mountain Tiger nepal, this time with family. Our guide Rai navigated us well, with best accommodations possible. Would recommend Mountain Tiger Nepal to my friends for this Langtang visit which is a beginner trekking. 5.00Solo trek went well, specially when I spotted a unique bird species while trekking along the way to Mundu Valley of Langtang Trails, the bird was called Spiny Babbler, I guess the one only found in Nepal, which made this trek special to me. Custom itinerary of Langtang combined with Gosaikunda was truely amazing. Moreover, the walk by the side of the river, that trail seemed interesting for me. Overall, a must go to trek, thanks MTN team for arranging this beautiful trekking tour.

5.00It was a wonderful experience with my husband visiting Nepal for the first time. Roy and I, sudden planning to visit Nepal and go closer to the mountains decided to book from you, and I still remember contacting Mountain Tiger Nepal for the trek arrangement. We had a long phase of conversation to confirm this trekking because of our busy schedule but the team from this company did very well. Also, the Guide Rai was perfect for us to guide us through the Langtang Trekking, which we did during November, preferably the best time to visit Langtang as per our experience.
