I echo what others have written about Andrew. He is a superb fount of information and insight about Oxford's rich history. Does he ever know his way around the different colleges! I learned a great deal and enjoyed bantering with him along the way (and taking memorable photos, of course). Can highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic tour with Andrew; he showed us parts of Oxford I would’ve walked past and not given a second glance to that were filled with interesting facts and instagram-worthy views. Oxford has such a rich history and is filled with so many nooks and crannies that you wouldn’t know where to begin if you were just having a wander on your own, but Andrew guides you through the city like it’s the back of his hand, imparting fun fact facts and knowledge along the way. The tour includes going inside parts of Oxford University, the Divinity School which was used in some of the Harry Potter films, and a beautiful bookshop. Andrew has so much knowledge but tells it at a steady pace, meaning that you don’t get an overload of information all at once. Would happily go on the tour again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Nick was our guide. He was punctual at the agreed meeting place and we had a lovely tour of Oxford, so much information on history of Oxford, the buildings and colleges and saw places we would not have found on our own or noticed without his guidance. 90 minutes flew by and at the end we were left with some useful recommendations for lunch and other places to go and see for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend.

We have just finished the tour with Andrew. Understated (ie all about the places and history rather than his own opinions) , great insights , endlessly interesting and informative. We have had city tours all over the world and this was one of the best . Thoroughly recommended

A thoroughly enjoyable experience walking the cobbled streets of Oxford township with a highly knowledgeable guide. Well worth the money and time, even in the pouring rain of October 2025! We learnt so many new historic facts we didn’t know before about Oxford university, the township and well known scholars of the past. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful walking tour in Oxford. Our guide was engaging, knowledgeable, and spoke clearly, making it easy for everyone to follow along and enjoy the stories and history. The pace of the tour was just right — not rushed, with plenty of time to take in the sights and ask questions. The group size was comfortable, allowing for a more personal experience and good interaction with the guide. We learned so much about the city’s famous colleges and landmarks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Oxford.
