  This was hands down the only way to do Universal! Danny our tour guide was fun, kind, and very informative! He got us through a jam packed day in a breezy way. The lunch was tasty, we got to see the full production set for St Denis and then get on every ride in 5-10 minutes.

  VIP is the way to go in this park. You get into see most of the major rides, and no waiting in lines. This was our second visit. Our guide was fair at best. His presentation was robotic and uninspired. We were placed, without consultation. with a family of 6, which included a developmentally challenged child. This slowed down our whole visit, while we waited for accommodations to be made.

  Hi, I just completed a VIP tour at Universal Studios in Hollywood, our family's tour guide for the day was a great bloke, his name is Don, he has a background in airlines and hospitality and was a fantastic guide for our amazing journey through the history of Universal, and after that, the rides. His expertise covered the entire studio, and with his friend from another tour (Michael) we all had a fantastic day. 100% recommend this when you visit America, these guys on the VIP tour are professional, and will ensure your day and the fantastic lunch and entertainment is well worth the cost. Highly recommend Universal with Don as your guide.

  From beginning to end, it was great the best experience I’ve had so far on the trip if you plan on going to Universal Studios if you do not do the VIP then you’re sadly missing out on a great time our tour guide Laura was absolutely fantastic.

  It was not our favourite tour of the one week we spent in LA. We had fun but it's another buy amusement park with terrible food and drink options. I could not imagine doing the park without some type of speed pass or VIP, but for what they charge it's not worth the money.

  As a movie lover visiting Los Angeles, spending a full day at Universal Studios Hollywood was simply unforgettable. From the moment I entered the park, I felt like I had stepped behind the scenes of my favorite films. One of the absolute highlights was the Studio Tour. Riding through real working sets and backlots where actual movies are filmed was incredible. Seeing famous streets, sound stages, and learning about Hollywood history made me appreciate cinema even more. The experience felt authentic and immersive. The King Kong 360 3D attraction was breathtaking. When King Kong and the dinosaurs appeared around us, the intensity, sound effects, and motion made it feel incredibly real. It was thrilling and surprisingly immersive — I almost forgot I was on a ride! Another magical world was The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Walking through Hogsmeade, seeing Hogwarts Castle, and riding “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey” truly transported me into the story. Every detail — from the music to the shops — was beautifully designed. It’s a dream come true for any Harry Potter fan. Then came the colorful excitement of Super Nintendo World. Entering the world of Mario felt like stepping into a real-life video game. The “Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge” ride was interactive, fun, and visually stunning. The energy in this area is fantastic for both adults and kids. For lunch, I stopped at a Mexican restaurant inside the park, and it was a pleasant surprise! The tacos were flavorful, fresh, and satisfying — a perfect break between attractions. Sitting down, enjoying good food, and watching the crowd pass by added to the relaxed vacation vibe. The park is clean, well organized, and the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the day. Lines were manageable, especially with good planning. Universal Studios Hollywood offers the perfect mix of thrills, movie magic, and immersive worlds. It’s not just an amusement park — it’s a cinematic adventure.   I really enjoyed the VIP experience at Universal Hollywood. We got to skip the line for all the rides at least once, were provided a delicious free lunch, and saw lots of exciting movie sets and sound stages… we walked on the actual set of St Denis Medical! I didn’t realize just how many famous movies and shows have filmed at the sound stages we toured. Overall it was a great experience. Mike C was a phenomenal tour guide who ensured we were comfortable and enjoying the experience every step of the way. It’s clear he is very knowledgeable about the history of Universal and movie-making. If you’re torn between the regular admission and VIP experience, go with VIP! It is seriously worth the higher cost, especially when you get a look at the regular lines for rides.
