Terelj NP located about 70 km from the capital and it is famous for “Turtle Rock”, Ariyabal temple and Chinggis Khaan Statue. Terelj National Park a great place to visit if you are only here briefly.

We will pick up you from train station or hotels. After pick you up we will drive to Gorkhi Terelj national park and Chinggis Khaan Statue (on the way we can visit local nomad family and experience their way of life, their culture and traditions. Horse ride an hour)

Aryabal Meditation Temple

Aryabal meditation temple was built in 1810s by Mongolian and Tibetan artists in Terelj National Park which is 60 km from Ulaanbaatar. The visit to the meditation temple is a delight. Beautiful building and surrounds. Great view too.

Gorkhi-Terelj National Park

Turtle Rock – The symbol of Terelj National Park is 24-meter-high, giant rock formation like a lying turtle. You will take a photo of rock and relaxing for a while in the shade of this giant turtle before to start for hiking towards Ariyabal meditation temple.
